Oversprayed paint on our concrete, brick, roof, roof shingles, and solar panels. Our new gate…read morewon't close after one week, fence is completely coming apart after one week, no show April 24, 2025 to come fix fence, gate, and clean up overspray on concrete, brick, and white dog door in back. Altered invoices AFTER paid in full to include $150 to remove one screw and a corner board from carport while having the ladder nearby, would have gladly paid $25 or $50 but not $150 but Leslie did this. Added another line item of paint $220. They still owe us $1150 for the overpayment which we thought was for fencing but was for the discount they gave us due to the job being around $12,000. Even though they advertise on Yelp, Nextdoor, and HOUZZ and other apps that they are a General Contractor, they are not and in Okaloosa County and the state of Florida they are NOT licensed to do siding and failed to put flashing on our new siding so insurance will not take off the "red flag" until it is done correctly. Exterior doors, structural repairs, roofing, new electrical, is not allowed in Okaloosa County. They are a nice couple at first, they want the job and the money but if you tell them something is potentially wrong or even ask questions about your project, they go into defense mode despite the evidence. We even asked Leslie if a permit was required for the fence she said no and that is correct, but a permit is required for the siding they put in and they did not pull the permit. Mr Ortiz cut a pipe in the back by the back master bedroom and bathroom and it flooded the next day for nearly one full week. We did not blame them only asked if they knew where the water might be coming from inside since the pipe in the middle of the house was disturbed. The overspray on our roof shingles and solars panels is something TIMMERMAN ROOFING, who came out to inspect, has never seen in their many years of business. A total disregard for protecting our roof and we had no idea until our neighbors brought it to our attention. Leslie refused us 3x to come clean up the overspray; they charged us for pressure washing $200 and as you can see in the photos they never did the tops of them, they are still filthy but the guys who did it before just used a ladder but Leslie charged us anyway. And they DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK/labor AS ADVERTISED and are NOT GENERAL CONTRACTORS as shown in their company photos and titled Advertisements. We do not recommend using them at all.

BLUF: Miserable business practices and mediocre work…read more Titan initially blew me away with their level of customer service. I had a rep come to my home, take numerous measurements and tell me all about how the structure would be built. I stated that I needed the sunroom completed by the end of April 2024 and they put in a clause that if it wasn't completed, the sunroom would cost my nothing. Titan even changed the contracts after I found a discrepancy with mine and I was more than happy to move forward. I signed the contract and waited. Then a second rep came out to retake all the measurements previously taken and I waited some more. And then crickets until I was told that the materials were being ordered (two and a half months after I paid the half up front deposit). Work finally started the last week of April ( just 7 days shy of the deadline) and I was initially happy with how it was going. I asked a bunch of questions, had to correct the builders on layout because it turns out the first Rep lied about how the structure would be built on several levels. During construction, the electrician's helper stepped through my kitchen ceiling which i don't blame Titan for but it seems they put their trust in lack luster contractors as well. Work was "completed" on the last day of April and the permit inspector called to let me know that he would be inspecting three days later. During the inspection, it was discovered that the electricians never pulled a permit to begin with and the sunroom builders never stopped construction to get the in process inspection completed which required a portion of the structure to be dismantled. A separate crew from the first dismantled and rebuilt the structure and did a miserable job sealing it which required the lead of the original crew to come back out and correct. Since this was WELL past the deadline, I made the joke with the crew lead that " hey , I guess I got a free sunroom now". Within three minutes, the GM called me asking what I meant. This conversation culminated in him raising his voice to me several times and threatening to file a lien immediately that Monday morning if I didn't release payment. My argument that work wasn't completed because the permit wasn't sign off and required that the structure be dismantled to complete said permit didn't matter. I never once raised my voice in return, or acted unprofessional in any manner to the GM. After the tile work began, I found out how out of square the walls are. 1/4" out over 16". Had I had any idea of what I'd experience, I would have chosen a different company in a heartbeat.

I have been dealing with Bayshore roofing in Freeport, FL in order to…read moreget a minor roof leak repaired, I had to continually chase the contractor in order to finally get the job scheduled, they finally fixed my roof and I paid them in full. I submitted claim to my insurance company and the insurance company immediately rejected stating they need a line by line invoice pretty standard, I called the contractor and even the owner and he seemed unwilling and down right resistant to provide me a detailed receipt. The owner did return my call by spent more time arguing with me than just providing the info required, this raises a red flag, seems they are unable to account or justify their work. I wanted to put the word out and advise anyone else to avoid them unless you want headaches and aggravation, I would not recommend and advise you skip them. They seem to lack any sense of customer service even though they have been fully compensated. I do plan to enter a complaint on the FL BBB site. I wish I could give them no stars or -negative stars but not an option.

The journey with Specialty Roofers has been very interesting. When they first started to repair our…read moreroof they did it during some rainy days and we got water in our house because they didn't tarp the roof properly. After the repair was completed we got several nails in our shoes because there were so many left in our yard. They trimmed the trees so they wouldn't touch the roof but left all the branches in our yard and left some touching the roof. The project manager was pretty good about following up to fix these mistakes, and seemed genuine about fixing the issues. They sent a person to fix the stains on the ceiling from the leaking caused by them but he was a little rude when entering our house. Saying, "Finally answered the door huh". The project manager Drew did come by himself and pick and trim the rest of the tree branches but we still found a lot in the yard. Honestly Drew was great but the overall experience from this company was pretty bad. I had to go and buy a metal detector to get nails out of our yard after they said they came by and cleaned up two or three times, If I was rating Drew I'd give this a 4 out of 5 stars but the company I'll give 3 starts. Too many mistakes with too many follow ups and unfinished tasks. And after all the follow up work Drew did I want to rate it higher but can't bring my conscience to give a good rating. A review is so others can go to a place with confidence and I can't recommend this company with confidence.

I called Mr. E., the company representative, at 9:00 on Monday; we met before lunch on Monday. Mr. E. took many photographs of the roof, both of the problem area and of other areas that would turn into problems if I didn't do anything about them, and gave me a detailed explanation. His crew came the next Saturday and fixed the problem. I showed up later in the day and just missed them. Apart from the obviously repaired section of the roof there was no trace that they had been there; they had cleaned up everything completely. I texted Mr. E. and because he was still in the area he came by to receive his payment. He had more photographs and detailed explanations of what the repair crew had done. I am thoroughly pleased.
