But overall the taste was spectacular. The dish has a nice heat to it and wonderful taste that I had to reevaluate my feelings towards it. The other stand out dish was the rabo tacos, the beef was so tender and delicious and the presentation was just so pristine and delicate I would never think such an ingredient could look that elegant and on a taco no less.
