It can get a bit warm inside during peak times when most machines are in use. There are a few older and smaller machines that are not really utilized. I prefer the larger express washing machines $7.50 that do a thrall job in a decent time. Dryers are also good and you get about 3 minutes per quarter. Friendly workers will help guide you through the money card process. They have a very small restroom with a single toilet, sink and hand blow dryer. The bathroom door has seen better days, and takes some care to open & close. I've been here twice now and the wait has been minimal to access a machine. Bring your own soap or purchase whatever you need here at the usual markup. Four friendly stars four a great little laundromat.

If my property wasn't so lock up and no dogs it would be fine. Just not happy on how they schedule. Spoke to a supervisor and he said if it's a burden on me on how they schedule he doesn't know how to help. That is not a good answer and good customer service. I get it the only people on the island to service us locals, dam. YES, I'm frustrated cause 3 x I couldn't do when they called the day before. I cant just leave work when they call. I have had service with them for 7 years and this is the first time it's like this. I could tell them ahead when is a good day for me and at least have someone home to assist in opening my place up for delivery and putting the dogs in the back for safety. I don't know, but as a supervisor I would at least give me a better explanation, instead of using the wrong words like if jit's A BURDEN ON ME! It just makes it hard for me to get a request off in one DAY! His choice of words was not excepting! RUDE! Only Gas Company In Hawaii that's why! I hope that the CEO contacts me cause I'm not usually so frustrated like this, but when you Rude, I can get Ruder! Sorry, But I want it to be known that if you Say customer service is a top priority, it wasn't for me. Just wanting my Cylinder refilled and good understanding customer service like I had when cousin worked there! I called to report a gas leak which had been picked up by a propery inspector. It was a slow leak on the gas companies side of the gas pipe. I had already reported the leak a few months before as we had a higher than usual gas bill, and it had been inspected by the gas company and they had stated there was no leak. After trying to report the gas leak for the second time to the operator at Hawaii gas, they stated there wasn't a leak, they wouldn't accept a property inspection report, and that if I wanted them to come out I would have to pay. Then the operator hung up on me!!! So much for corporate initiatives on company training to uphold customer service standards. Zero on this call and I still have a gas leak!
