I needed tape and couldn't find it. A clerk who was stocking shelves, walked me over to the tape. That's good service! The store is clean and has a variety of products that you might need for a drug store visit. They're stocked up for the holiday season and I was able to find some sticky tape to hang a wreath. Check out was fast and efficient, everything went well and I found exactly what I came in to buy. I have not used the pharmacy and have no idea how that part goes, but if I'm in the area, I'd stop by again.

They told me it was gonna be 15 days before they had my medication so no problem. I'll call every Walgreens in the county and then I found the medication wouldn't you believe it after the first phone call to the closest one down the street on 41 at Lakewood and then they had my medication ...it's almost like they are so incompetent they can't use a computer that I had to do their job for them. OK fine no problem .. well ,three weeks later I had another prescription. Again they dont stock this on the shelf either. OK no problem. I'm supposed to take the medication every day, but I'll wait 7-15 days for you to order it Fifteen days later I have to call them and hound them every day hours daily and it ended up taking them 12 more days to fill the prescription. OK no problem. Third time I need a prescription, same BS.. They don't stock the meds So, I get it one week worth at a time it's pain medication. So they don't have it blah blah , They gotta order it so I have to go thru wd now bcuz they don't stock one of the most common medication's in America , buprenorphine...ok fine So you know the drill I picked the phone up and I called three Walgreens within a 5 mile radius and all of them carry the drug. So I tried to call and get the pharmacist on the phone to tell them this but basically I was told I called a call center when I called the specific Walgreens they were telling me they weren't at the specific Walgreens I called and I was like well this kind of doesn't even really need to be directed at the specific Walgreens it could be dealt With by say a corporate manager or another locations competent employee of any ranking , meaning it doesn't have to specifically be the pharmacist it could just be a pharmaceutical assistant that isn't dumber than a pile of rocks. Now they're telling me it could take 15 MORE days to get it, when I just told them I already did the leg work for you and called every Walgreens in town and oddly, every other Walgreens carries it. My insurance company forces me to deal with Walgreens or I wouldn't deal with them and it's like they know that and they just stick their knee on your throat and just don't care. They're rude , snide, condescending and arrogant, and they really are just unbelievably out of line. I would be fired from my job if I handed somebody a plate of food and treated them that way at a restaurant where I work but they deal with people's life or death medications and are permitted such power over our lives Its sickening and should be something people get fired over... I'd say just about every person that I deal with at Walgreens, was rude beyond words and unhelpful purposely Employees like this should see the door instantly you're not dealing with somebody's rubber bucket, and plastic shovel for beach, sand castles. This is people's life or death medication. in some cases you know ,I'm supposed to be taking every one of these 4 medication's every single day not whenever Walgreens pharmacist feel like getting off their lazy butt and figuring out how to get the medication there under a half a month, since me ,a nonemployee figured it out every single time! Unreal. Then they treat u like crap on top of it all they are the rudest most snide arrogant people in the world that literally use their authority over you to delegate medicine to F with people I'm a pretty patient and understanding person but when somebody does stuff like this eventually I do get upset like any person would So, my advice to anybody that could stand my message and make it this far, would be that if you have a choice ,NEVER deal with Walgreens EVERRRR NEVER EVER EVER EVERRRRR!!!! I went to upload my photo on Ireland's passport web site and was told "Your photo has failed to meet the required standards.". So I went back the next day. A store manager helped me this time. What I noticed is that on the computer when selecting a country for the passport, Ireland was not an option. She tweaked my photo and gave me a new USB stick. I tied to upload this image again and received the same message stating my photo was a fail. So I had to go back to Walgreens today, for the 3rd time. Upon entering the store I asked the cashier for help in the photo department. It took at least 10 minutes for somebody to show up. I think 2 people were working this entire store. This woman today to was of zero help. She knew nothing about passport photos. I demanded my $25 back & went to CVS. CVS had the option "Ireland " for the passport photo!!!! Bottom line, if you need a photo for an Irish passport go to CVS.

They are understaffed, but they make up for that with a Herculean lack of hustle. All in all, not impressed. The Walgreens I usually use is no great shakes, but they look like pharmacy All Stars compared to these folks.

This saved a trip to another store trying to find tape. The same thing happened last year, but I ended up having to go to more than one store searching for scotch tape. Thank you CVS! The store is fairly large, clean and it has a good selection of products. The checkout line was fast and efficient too. I have had no dealings with their pharmacy, so I can't speak for that, but the store has decent parking and is easy to access from two main roads. If you need shampoo, aspirin for a headache or scotch tape on Christmas Eve, I recommend stopping here.

I drove all the way there to get my order and they told me it's not ready . But I could wait 25 minutes to get it. Then it happened to me again they told me my order was ready and I called first to check. They said no it is not ready. It will not be ready till 5 o'clock and this is 1 o'clock when I'm calling. . Even though I got a email message telling me it was I'm glad I didn't drive 25 minutes there to find out it wasn't ready.. and nobody answers the phone. They say the store is closed when they're out on lunch so I waited for two hours to call back and they could not help me. They said it will not be ready till 5 o'clock even though the email confirmation said it was ready now.

I gave her all of the #'s on the coupon card and she said she needed some # that did not exist. So I called SingleCare and they confirmed my coupon for the shingles vaccine to be redeemed at CVS. I tried to call this CVS back repeatedly and they would not answer the telephone. So I now canceled that CVS vaccine appointment and rescheduled for CVS on Marco Island. I arrived on time & showed the lady at the pharmacy the SingleCare coupon for CVS. She appeared to be typing in all of the #s and then told me that "SingleCare rejected the coupon, and that I should call them." So when I arrived home I called them. I was told that CVS never entered he coupon, and that if it was rejected it would have shown up on my account as rejected. So I started this process all over again & I got a SingleCare shingles vaccine coupon to redeem at Walmart. Anyone staying at the hotels across the street has immediate access to all of the snacks, treats and drinks 7 Eleven offers. That's huge because there isn't a whole hell of alot near the hotels. Food options in particular are very limited. Oh yeah, I also loved the fact that they offered gas at a reasonable price. I'm definitely a fan of this place.
