These guys are horrible. They say they'll have a prescription ready after a certain date and time, and in my experience it is rarely ready. Today was no diff, waited in a line behind six other customers while one guy (1!) worked my line and the drive thru. Got up there and my refill (ordered 3-4 days ago) had not been processed. They are understaffed, but they make up for that with a Herculean lack of hustle. All in all, not impressed. The Walgreens I usually use is no great shakes, but they look like pharmacy All Stars compared to these folks. read more

Tell them not to steal customers money. Of I could rate it zero stars I would. Had to pay out of pocket $595.00 because of an insurance issue. I was told keep the receipt and when the problem is fixed come back for a full refund. Apparently 6 weeks is beyond their time frame for refunds. Totally denied!! The Pharmacist is the person that promised the refund. They refused to credit me. They are thieves and have lost my business forever. I will never step foot in the thieves den again. read more

So I've been going back-and-forth trying to get my pain prescription for my arthritis and my herniated discs and my pinched nerve. Every time I call or go in they give me a different story. Sometimes they say that I have to wait longer. Sometimes they say they don't have the prescription. Sometimes they say that my insurance denied it. I couldn't get a straight story from this Pharmacy. This pharmacist at this location has a serious attitude problem. He made me cry today when I went to the drive-through to pick up my medication and the only reason I got my medication is because I had to spend hours upon hours with my insurance company and my doctors office to figure out what was going on and why it wasn't getting filled. When I got to the drive-through, he came up to the window and started interrogating me as to why I had all these different doctors trying to fill my prescriptions. This guy really needs to get a different job. I told him why don't you call my neurologist and my Pain Management doctor and ask them that? He made me feel like a drug addict and like a criminal. I will never go back there again. It's not my fault that I got referred to a different doctor and that my pain medication wasn't strong enough, but this guy really needs a new job. I guess he's not aware also that sometimes you have to see the PA or the nurse practitioner and that person sends in the prescription so he might not always see the name same name on the prescription. He asked me why I keep going to different doctors to get pain meds. Absolutely horrific. It's not bad enough that one has to suffer with these conditions and then you have these pharmacist like this guy trying to make you feel like a criminal. He didn't know how to run my card and accuse me of not having a valid credit card one in fact it was valid when he ran it the second time. I don't know what his problem is, but he needs to stop making people feel like they're drug addicts because they have degenerative diseases. I have called corporate and corporate keeps me on hold again for extended periods of time I refuse to do business with Walgreens anymore. And I hope they go bankrupt. read more

Were the HECK do I start with this place???? Totally inept and rude staff that could care less about who is coming through their front door. ALWAYS 1 cashier with lines of extremely frustrated customers. Shelves look like the local 5 and dime and the place looks like a small tornado swept through. And the pharmacy? Don't even get me started. They are some of the most rude, clueless, lazy people I have ever had to deal with. I walked in yesterday (Friday afternoon at 2:30 pm). And the pharmacy is locked tight. Sign said they decided to close at 2 pm. Who the HECK closes their pharmacy on a Friday afternoon during high season? I have had prescriptions that were called in on a Monday and not ready until Thursday, prescriptions that are "out of stock" and the staff just simply sits there and stares at you. This morning I changed my prescriptions to CVS right down the road. A tad bit further from my house, but holy crap, I cannot deal with this place any more. My main issue/question is why won't they accept transfer prescriptions? I have tried twice on the app & it went through, however, when you call them or speak to them, they say "Just get a new prescription". If you haven't seen a PCP and cannot get an appointment anytime soon, how can you get a new prescription using new insurance? (No option for me to have previous one do this). Why do they offer to do this over the phone, yet, they won't do it when you've already done it twice through the app? Why does the person at the drive-thru tell you the same thing - to get a new prescription? If it went through on the app twice (2-3 weeks ago), why aren't the the prescriptions ready? Do other Walgreen locations follow-through with transfers? Is there a way to get this accomplished esp. for meds you cannot go off of suddenly? I am just listing my questions here as part of my review because it is quite odd since this is a service they offer and it works on the app. My insurance only uses Walgreens as far as I can tell at this point. The store is extremely clean and they have pretty much every food item anyone would need. The checkout person was friendly at the front. The pharmacy lines are always very long inside and at drive-thru. Update: they unwillingly will do transfers from CVS (inside with last refill bottle only). It will take several days so try to plan ahead, just FYI lol. I'm having amazing luck today. Yay. So, there is currently a waiver in place due to COVID-19 where they will deliver meds same day for "$0.00" or 1-2 days for "Free" so far via Fed-Ex. (I haven't figured out the difference in cost between 0.00 and free yet). The app allows you to try to add an additional address for delivery, but it won't show up when you want to choose the additional address for delivery. This is perplexing to me. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I call I get put on hold. I wait, they pick up the phone and immediately put me on hold again, this happens for one hour. I am in need of of a vital prescription, and this is unacceptable. I've never been to a worse pharmacy in my life! I suggest you take your business elsewhere. Absolutely one of the worst I have ever used in my life. Employees have a " don't give a shit" attitude. Been trying to get prescriptions for 2 days. Doctor sent script over but I guess employees are Too busy? Went to the store they said still don't have them. Called doctors office again, they tried following up with this store but after being on hold for 50 minutes they gave up. Doctor resent electronically again, wife went into store and pleaded with them to check again. Now they have it and told her it would be at least an hour. She is sitting at pharmacy and waiting. The pharmacy crew in this store definitely needs a review in customer service. Not only did I recently have an issue with them but as I stood in line I watched as they treated others rudely. I was able to resolve my problem with a new manager named John who couldn't have been nicer. He was respectful and immediately made me feel like I was an important customer. This Walgreens has the worst customer service I've ever come across. Half the time there's a line a dozen people long with one person working. Sometimes they're even closed because of staffing shortages! When they say your script is ready - it's not! And don't get me started with the pharmacist. He flat out refused to fill scripts either because he didn't agree with my doctor or said he couldn't read the writing , which was not hard to decipher and was rude to me In more than one occasion. Girl that worked there was great. The guy was very rude. I went in to bring ship sticks golf clubs to be mailed FedEx which was inside Walgreens. The guy was rude and snapped at me and my friend and at the guy in front of us. He was complaining to us that we didn't have our boxes taped up. He made us buy tape then walked away. Took my 86 year old mom to Walgreens today. She is one of few that checks her receipt. I told her improperly they would be correct. It wasn't. I even walked the weekend manager Johnson with me to see the correct pricing. He said he would direct after we discussed for 15 minutes. Ice cream melting Ana Alzheimer's dad in the hot car. My mom was so flustered from all the time it took so longer unbelievable. she said never mind and turned them back in. She was holding her head and I believe that is so wrong. Manager Johnson. He said was his first name and he didn't have to give his last name. Nor give me a number for the other manager or regional. Told me to go write down the 800 number or visit website. Dehumanizing seems to be their method of action when they were obviously wrong. Not even once did they eve. Say oops SORRY....and when I said you know that is incorrect pricing somehow even though inaccurate he wouldn't even agree with that as obvious as it was. More later. I will be following up. I think anyone running a business in Florida in the middle of summer are just plain happy when someone comes in the door. In Florida, there must be a Walgreens and CVS on every corner. No, seriously. So, when someone walks in they gotta be pleased that you chose their Walgreens to shop in. This is the closest to my parents house, so I've been here a couple of times. Very friendly staff, clean store, easy to find stuff. Most Walgreens carry some of the lesser quality brands, but unless you're shopping for a computer or TV, it probably doesn't matter much. Grabbed some drinks, some snacks, a double USB car charger, and a candy bar. I'll be back for sure. read more
