My husband and I prepaid gas on a pump for two vehicles and the company policy is that whatever…read morechange is left over it is returned to the customer either in cash or returned to the card.There was a total of $91 and change , so I went to the cashier who processed the return as a cash return, printed the receipt then said I paid with card and it would be returned to the card within the hour. I asked for a receipt and all she gave me was the original payment for the prepaid amount. The card we used was charged and it was cleared. I called the store to speak with a manager on the 24th because any other time I've called manager just happens to not be available. Jonathan dismissed me said he didn't have time for it when I told him he has an employee in his store that committed a theft, I will be pursuing this. However, beware making any purchases there as at least one employee is scamming people using card transactions and the manager Jonathan is either aware of or is a part of this scam because when I called to ask him to review the cameras and return my money he said he doesn't have time for this.

After my Dr. appointment a couple of months ago, I stopped in at this joint across the street and immediately saw the Surge logo. I knocked over 3 kids with juice boxes and an old lady using that crazy pizza kiosk as a 16 year old audibly breathed to see what was happening with this beautiful, red and Surge label. It was like Big Red and Surge made a sweet baby that popped and and spanked the LeBron's Sprite's butt. It was delicious. Incredible. Granted, I could only drink a kids size because I do not enjoy full sugar soda, but this was my jam. I could basically see myself playing that irritating and impossible "A Nightmare On Elm Street" video game on NES while eating puffed Cheetos in the old clear and blue bag. So, make like Jesus and walk on the inevitible mixture of water and urine that surrounds the soda fountain and get you some Suuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrggggggeeee (Berry Blast).

What I experienced at this RaceTrac location was absolutely terrifying and should never happen to…read moreany customer, let alone a parent with a child in the car. I came to the store to report a fuel issue, expecting basic help. Instead, I was met with rude behavior, blatant disrespect, and complete disregard for customer safety. The manager on duty, Tommy, was aggressive and confrontational from the start. When I decided to leave, thinking the situation was escalating unnecessarily, it got even worse. Tommy followed me and my child as we left the premises -- all the way out of the parking lot. He began taking photos of my vehicle, creating a hostile and threatening situation that put us in real fear for our safety. His behavior was predatory, completely out of control, and felt personal and prejudiced. The co-manager, West, was present and not only failed to intervene but seemed to condone Tommy's aggressive behavior. When I asked for corporate contact or the regional manager, I was told nothing and treated as if I didn't matter. There were no apologies, no de-escalation, and no professionalism. Just intimidation. As a parent, this was a frightening ordeal -- my child was in the car, and we were just trying to leave safely. This wasn't a misunderstanding. This was harassment and abuse of authority. RaceTrac must take full accountability: Tommy needs to be immediately fired. West should be investigated and disciplined for negligence. A full corporate investigation must be conducted at this location. Formal apology issued to me and my family. If this isn't addressed appropriately, I will be taking further legal action and escalating this through media and regulatory agencies. This is a public safety issue now.
