Not only was my husband lied to about his insurance coverage {which they'd accepted for years and is Blue Cross} and charged full price but what they'd explained to him was COMPLETELY inaccurate. I've been trying to get my records for OVER 3 weeks and keep being told "they are on the cart to be signed, can't be faxed, Dr. has to sign, can't locate", EVERY excuse but getting the job done in a professional, expedient and capable manner. Previously, Dr. Feldman was wonderful. However, the quality of care and professionalism is now HORRIBLE!

I had a very thorough examination and Dr Green said that I did need the surgery. My husband and I met twice with the insurance specialist and she explained how much we would have to pay and what the insurance would pay. She was very detailed, and after hearing the explanation, I decided to have the surgery. Dr. Green did a great job and there were no complications, and my recovery was very easy because I followed her directions. Overall, I had a very good experience with excellent medical treatment. I plan to have the other eye done soon, since it appears that the other eye might need treatment.

I have them in hand and nobody bothered with me the entire time I was there. I even sat down right in front of the reception area for almost 5 minutes and yet nobody bothered to acknowledge me. Also y'all might wanna tone down the Bulgari air freshener. It's a little overwhelming. I myself have worn that combination of perfumes for a couple of years now and I know when it's overwhelming, and I swear my sinuses are still dripping from it.

Staff and all friendly and caring. My appointment was punctual. Dr Fitzpatrick was great, as usual. Would definitely recommend using ARA and the Marble Falls office if that one is near your home. At my scheduled appointment around 10am the Dr was incredibly late - I could hear her with another patient when I showed up early as they ask you to. I waited a little over half an hour and then left because I had to get to work and was going to be late. So I cannot speak to the doctor's care overall, but running that over time for an appointment is unacceptable in a small practice, and poor time management. I ended up booking my appointment at my old eye office that was farther away, but Wink had already pulled my benefits so I had to call back and ask them to remove authorization. The woman at the front desk actually hung up on me after I explained I needed the authorization pulled. I initially had assumed the line disconnected so I called back to which she said "yeah I know, I'm doing it". She didn't ask my name, appt date, or any follow up after my request, but instead hung up the phone. Incredibly rude and not the experience you would expect on either account for a new patient.

Everything was explained very clearly and her staff took as much time as was needed to make sure my child could safely and confidently insert and remove the contacts.
