The items I ordered needed to come from a warehouse and the website stated that it would take up to 10 business days. I received all the items in 6 days. One needs to keep in mind that this is not a big box store. I prefer to shop small businesses. Usually, I have to sacrifice on price or service. Not here. They have the best prices. On my second order, they sent me multiple emails to keep me updated. They even sent an email to let me know not to use a knife to open because some gloves I ordered were in the box. I do recommend you be sure you want an item before you purchase. The store has a restocking fee based on percentage. Working with other small stores, I can understand why. As was explained to me by a local store, when they order from a warehouse/distributed, they can't return it. If you decide to cancel your order, they have to keep it on their shelves hoping someone else will buy it. That is a significant risk for a small business to make. My local store requires a non-refundable deposit before they order from a warehouse. Read the information before you click the order button and you will be satisfied. I generally buy several boxes of ammo or higher priced items online. Here, the prices more than make up for the reasonable shipping fee.

This is easily one of the worst online ordering experiences I've ever had. Their entire system is…read moredisorganized, misleading, and the customer service is unbelievably bad. First of all, when you place an order, they don't even process it right away. Apparently they wait until they have a pile of orders before they bother doing anything. So your order just sits there while they take their time getting around to it. Then there's the shipping timeline. When they say 7-10 business days, they absolutely mean they will wait until the very last possible moment and ship it on day 10. Don't expect anything sooner because clearly there is no urgency on their end. To make things even worse, when placing the order the website clearly showed $0.00 for shipping. Naturally, anyone would expect that means shipping is free. Then after the order is placed, I get an email saying that if I want my item shipped, I'll have to pay for the shipping. How is that the customer's fault? If your website says $0.00 for shipping, then that's exactly what it should be -- not a bait-and-switch email afterward asking for more money. Trying to contact someone was another nightmare. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to answer the phone. And when someone finally did pick up, the experience somehow got even worse. The employee named Jackson delivered what is easily the most unprofessional customer service I've dealt with. Rude, talked back with attitude, and acted like the entire situation was somehow our fault for expecting basic service and for believing what their own website said. Between the misleading shipping information, delayed order processing, terrible communication, and unbelievably rude customer service, this company clearly does not care about their customers. I would never order from this website again and strongly recommend that anyone considering it take their business somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place entirely.
