This time however, I checked their rules on their website and made the trip. Nothing too major, I couldn't shoot the gun I needed to sight in because it was too large a caliber. nothing indicated as much online, but that was fine, I had other guns I needed to shoot, and I could take that one elsewhere. With the place almost entirely to myself, I head down to their 100yd range and get a couple practice shots in to get comfortable. Happy I decide to practice some at range quick firing. Nothing crazy, just trying to shoot accurately from range while being a tad fast. I shot off at most 10 rounds in 15-20 seconds, before I had one of the staff shouting at me to, stop being stupid, go into the shop, get my money and leave." confused, I asked for some minor clarification, as I hadn't broken any rules to my knowledge and there wasn't anyone else there for me to bother. He responded by telling me, "You know what you are doing," before hopping in his mule and driving away. the staff in the office weren't any better. telling me that I was "Mag dumping". which I could almost see, as I was firing a tad fast, and that was against their rules. however they couldn't give me a clear answer how what I was doing constituted a rule break and just kept giving me arbitrary lengths of time to trigger pulls while pointing to their tome of rules while trying to throw me out. All in all, there staff are obsessed with "Da Rulez" and refuse to even work with people to help have a good range environment. For example, if the staffer had just told me I was shooting a tad fast for what they normally allow and to tone it down a little.Instead, they decided to be hardheaded and treat me as less than human, now losing future income.

This is easily one of the worst online ordering experiences I've ever had. Their entire system is…read moredisorganized, misleading, and the customer service is unbelievably bad. First of all, when you place an order, they don't even process it right away. Apparently they wait until they have a pile of orders before they bother doing anything. So your order just sits there while they take their time getting around to it. Then there's the shipping timeline. When they say 7-10 business days, they absolutely mean they will wait until the very last possible moment and ship it on day 10. Don't expect anything sooner because clearly there is no urgency on their end. To make things even worse, when placing the order the website clearly showed $0.00 for shipping. Naturally, anyone would expect that means shipping is free. Then after the order is placed, I get an email saying that if I want my item shipped, I'll have to pay for the shipping. How is that the customer's fault? If your website says $0.00 for shipping, then that's exactly what it should be -- not a bait-and-switch email afterward asking for more money. Trying to contact someone was another nightmare. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to answer the phone. And when someone finally did pick up, the experience somehow got even worse. The employee named Jackson delivered what is easily the most unprofessional customer service I've dealt with. Rude, talked back with attitude, and acted like the entire situation was somehow our fault for expecting basic service and for believing what their own website said. Between the misleading shipping information, delayed order processing, terrible communication, and unbelievably rude customer service, this company clearly does not care about their customers.
