I sat there 30 minutes to be told if I don't have an appointment, I may not be helped. Then 2 minutes later, a representative comes and ask if I have my marriage certificate (I live 5 minutes from the Rowlett location) and I advise I do not but have my updated SS card and driver's license with my name change. She advises they can't help me. I will need to make an appointment and come back. So I asked to close my account and again, she could not help me and asked me to come back. This bank is HORRIBLE!! I don't have time to come back as I'm normally not in town on the weekends and they aren't open for reasonable working class people during the week. I highly recommend not using this bank. There are too many other banks with decent working hours and that are more than willing to accommodate the working class. If you have either a Tangerine or Scotiabank card, you can withdraw money from any Bank of America ATM and there are no fees slapped on. Nice! There is plenty of parking at this branch.
