I Purchased the medium-003 pond advertised online for $123.00 & received a cancellation notice 3…read moredays later with no explanation. I went back to the original link I made my purchase through & the Pond was still available to buy at the same price. I emailed the company inquiring why & received a very short reply that the mold was damaged & the item was no longer available . I felt confident there was an error in pricing that resulted in this cancellation since the historical price was around $1,300.00 - but accept that it was not the fault of Lonestar Rock Spas since this particular pond couldn't be located via direct search on their website. The owner of Lonestar reached out directly to me & apologized immediately for the confusion. I appreciated being treated like a valued customer despite my understandable disappointment in not getting a beautiful pond at an incredibly (unbelievably low) price. I do still recommend this company for their very unique products offered and hope to eventually purchase one of their beautiful ponds for my backyard.
