I am going to try to manage all facets of pool ownership without paying anyone to help me maintain it. He was SUPERB. He was conscientious and professional about the scheduling and arrival time. He handled my ENDLESS questions like a champ. He helped me know when to toggle between my note taking and just recording a video when notes would have been too complicated. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know and the additional things I wanted to know. He was patient and good natured. I actually know what I'm doing now. I've been extremely patient and understanding, but I've had to repeatedly chase down information just to know where we stand. We went two weeks with no service due to weather, which I understood, but no one notified me. I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. During that time, the pool began turning green, so I contacted Sean. He told me he would come out the next day, but he never showed. He eventually came on my originally scheduled day instead. I've paid for four weeks of service, yet I've now gone another two weeks with no communication, no updates, and no pool service at all.

The stress, financial burden, and disruption caused by an unfinished project have far outweighed any perceived savings. They bill exorbitant rates for simple repairs for instance; a repair to a 1" elbow to my scupper head (pool sprinkler) that leaked again after I had already paid $400 to them to fix it previously, he then charged $900 for an hour of work and a $2 part. He would not reconsider the billing. You do the math! What a nice hourly rate!!! Stay so far away from this small time outfit and go to a reputable store front that has been in business for a long time. If you want someone that will not guarantee their work, do shoddy repairs, this is the outfit for you. He will be the low bidder but be careful what you pay for.The lowest is never the best.
