Additionally, the waiting area is large and comfortable, which is a plus if you have a patient in a wheelchair. Dad has vascular dementia and is beginning to find doctor visits triggering, difficult and tiresome. Anything that annoys or causes him impatience now results in loud complaints and yelling. Dr. Yoon was excellent with him. His "bedside manner" was spot-on. Dad clicked with him almost instantly, and actually enjoyed his time in the exam room. It was a relief to see him focus on the doctor and grin! ​ Dr. Yoon was very diligent and thoughtful in his approach to the problem, and I have great confidence in him. I was SO impressed that this Doctor actually took the time to 1) do some extensive testing, and 2) suggested my mother take some homeopathic vitamins to assist her. I'm extremely impressed that first of, the homepathic vitamins worked when NOTHING else did. Second, that a DOCTOR would recommend them. I abhor most of the institutionalized medical profession, as many simply prescribe painkillers and ignore preventative/alternative remedies. This was extraordinary to me both that he was thoughtful enough to evaluate all traditional routes and then offer her some non traditional solutions. And one that WORKED. She is so much better. I haven't even met this doctor but knowing how much pain my mother has been in the past few years, and what she had to say about him, I needed everyone to know that this guy is the real deal. My experience at this office today was unacceptable. My appointment was at 1:00 PM. When I first…read morearrived, the door was locked. I noticed a plaque stating the doors may be locked from 12:30 to 1:00, so I waited until 1:00 before returning. When it was still locked at 1:00, the time of my appointment, I knocked to alert staff that I was there. The staff member who opened the door was visibly irritated, pointed to the plaque, and asked if I "had a question" instead of welcoming me or simply saying hello. Her tone and attitude were rude and unprofessional from the start. Once I was inside, another staff member came around the corner and, instead of showing professionalism or trying to diffuse the situation, made a sarcastic comment about the plaque and their lunch hours as she walked away, clearly meant to be rude. If the office is closed until 1:00, then maybe appointments should not be scheduled at that time. It is customary for patients to arrive a few minutes early to check in. Had the first staff member simply opened the door, greeted me, and said "let's get you checked in," the entire situation could have been avoided. Instead, she acted as though I had inconvenienced her by knocking. The echocardiogram technician was not rude, but she was indifferent and impersonal. She seemed rushed and less thorough than other technicians I have experienced. What truly concerned me was that after telling me I would need to undress and put on a gown, she did not leave the room. When she realized I wasn't changing, she asked if I wanted her to leave, but in a way that made it seem unnecessary or inconvenient for her to do so. That should never even be a question. Patient privacy should always be assumed and respected. In my 50 years, I have never had a nurse, doctor, or technician ask that in any medical setting. They always leave the room to provide privacy. It was unprofessional and inappropriate. The room itself also appeared unclean, with a trash can overflowing with used gowns, dirt on the floor, and dirty chairs, which made the environment feel unsanitary. It's a shame when poor staff behavior reflects so poorly on a practice. There are too many options out there to tolerate this level of unprofessionalism.

After I checked in and sat down the girl at the window needed my ID and insurance card so I got up to give it to her. She was so kind to leave the back office and come around to return those items to me rather than having to get up to get them from the window. I met with the PA first who took all my information and vitals, asked a number of questions and then Dr. Reuter came in and went over the same information. He then explained to me the purspose of the next tests that need to be done and I know he was doing his best to explain the how the heart worked but it was beyond me. I just remember that there are parts of your heart that fire off charges at different times and that the test would tell us how they were working. He spend quite a bit of time with me and I was very please with the whole experience. He came highly recommended by friends of mine who both see him.

She doesn't just specialize in cardiac but also oncology which is a plus for me as I fall into both categories. The quality of care provided by Dr. Campbell is top notch. First, I confirmed my appointment verbally and via the automatic phone call. My issue: I came with my grandson only to be turned around stating only patients are allowed. I understand COVID 19 has changed things. That's information that should be given when confirming the appointment. I was told to were a mask but nothing else. No problem, please reschedule me for next week. Second, rescheduled appointment, I'm here alone, with mask on. Turned in my paperwork given at the last appointment. Ok, now I'm told your deductible is $xxxx and you have a $236 copay for today's visit! I'm going through the same pandemic everyone else is going through. I'm pissed! I suggested and asked why isn't this information disclosed the day before when the operator calls or when appointment is set. Smart mouth clerk says we don't that.
