Assured them i would pay for the repair. The problem was getting in after about two weeks just for a diagnostic. A bent prong was the issue so no parts needed. I was told that the bill was $355.00 since no parts were needed. Told them just to make sure the LED bulbs were in so guess there was a failure to communicate. NO LED bulbs. Waited ANOTHER Day. Invoice I got that day had over 100.00 less discrepancy. Didn't go back because it wasn't going to change anything and had told them I would pay the quoted price. GOD help those customers that actually need a part. No loaner guaranteed. If you need a engine, I hope they have extra cars at home. Nice folks but technicians are back logged. Hopefully that will change

The service was done really quickly. This time as were driving away I noticed a screw lying on the passenger floorboard and I should have turned around and took it back to them immediately. Being on a Friday and after the 4th of July I thought that maybe the technician dropped an extra screw on the floorboard. Then I called the Service Department and asked the if the technician had put back the in cabin air filter correctly because I had a screw lying on the floor? The person I was talking to asked me what type of vehicle was it and if I was close by? If I was to bring it by and they would take care of it. I told him that I was not. He told me to bring it by tomorrow and they would fix it. I ended the call. Then when I got home I checked their Service Department hours for Saturday and they are closed. So instead of letting the issue go on without getting fixed since my wife is traveling the next week I decided to fix it myself. When I took the glove box down, it fell out. That told me that it was not put back together correctly by the technician. I replaced the missing screw. I should have checked the filter was replaced, but I didn't, that was my fault. I installed the glove box correctly. Now I wonder how well was the rest of my service performed and who checks the technicians work.

A week later, I stopped by the shop at 4:45 to let them know that I would be picking up the car to take to another shop, and they were already closed. The sign on the door states that the hours are 8-5 closed for lunch 11:30-12:30. On Monday on the sixth week, He calls to say that it is ready. I got to the shop at 11:25 and the door was already locked. I called to let him know that I was there and he said that he would be back at 12:30. I said ok. I'll be here. He did show up at 12:00, clearly angry. We exchanged money and papers without him uttering one word. Just grunts and humps. The transmission works as it should. So he did good work, but unless you don't need your car for awhile, don't use this place. They are closed more than they are open. This guy has real anger issues.

Instead of even trying to make things…read moreright, he claimed the truck I have owned since new was missing parts, called it a "shitbox" and made personal attacks against me claiming I was too afraid to come out of the house because of the pandemic so he had to come pick up the truck, which is not true. ALL work was performed prior to the pandemic. He also called me a liar. To make matters worse, his wife (Jennifer McKeever) decided to join in the conversation and make disparaging remarks even though she had no direct knowledge of the situation or any interaction with me whatsoever. I am STILL having problems related to his "work" on my truck. Whatever he did to the slave cylinder connection at the transmission causes the master cylinder and reservoir hydraulic line to frequently become disconnected, at which point you have to bleed the slave cylinder hydraulic fluid. As a result, the slave cylinder will have to be replaced. This is not a mechanic that will stand behind his work or even attempt to resolve any issues related to his work.

If I could give less than one star I would. I took my car to Mark to replace an EGR tube which we…read morehad already purchased. Almost a week goes by and finally the car is ready to be picked up. (Prior to dropping the car off the only issue we had was the spark plugs and wires had just been replaced and this EGR tube Broke during this process. ) upon arrival, Mark tells us that the motor in my car is bad and it "might not even make it to the house" which is less than two miles from the shop. We pay the 259.00 he charged for what he's already done and go pay for a motor from a salvage yard (which they guarantee), with the agreement it will be picked up and Mark will replace the motor. Almost two weeks go by and we get the call that the car is ready. It was picked up by a family member as I was at work. The moment I get home I check it out thoroughly. Right away I notice there's a whirring/chirping sound which does not sound like a belt but rather a bearing or pulley. The oil was also well over full. The gas cap was missing entirely. There's now a pinhole in the coolant reservoir which is losing water and very fast. (never had lost water and I'd had it over a year) the next day I took it to Mark who was defensive that I implied something he'd done caused the issue with the reservoir. He agreed to replace the reservoir (which he did with a used one) and tells me the tensioner is bad after repeatedly trying to clean the brand new belt and looking at the car for about 30 minutes. Also says he's not sure what happened to the gas cap but has one there that he replaced it with (car had over 3/4 tank when I left it and had less than 1/4 when I picked it up). We bought the tensioner and Monday afternoon Mark replaced it. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau because ALL of this should've been seen before he said the car was ready. All of it. The next day I check my coolant level and it's almost empty with an oily residue on top of what little is left And the air conditioner which worked perfectly before it's now blowing hot air. I refill the coolant, take it back to Mark. When I pull up he lets me tell him what's wrong and then says "After what you did to me? Filing a complaint on me??" I say "yes, I'm very unsatisfied with the quality of your service here. I DO expect you to make this right" so he says "if its something I've done then I will but if not..." And dusts his hands off dramatically. I said "well, the air conditioner never had issues before, since it was replaced less than a year ago. And the car never lost coolant before and never had residue before so I don't see how it's NOT something you've done." He has an attitude and says there's nothing he can do about it tonight, I'll have to bring it the following day at lunch. He did some exploring on the coolant and let some air bubbles out and said to just watch it, he wasn't really sure what could be the problem. The next day my fiancée took the car back and watched as Mark ran a dye test on the A/C. He spilled the dye right in the fan which got dye all over. Then after a lot of looking said he saw a leak in the condenser which was probably "caused by a rock ". And refused to fix it further. This week the same whirring/chirping is back and my fiancée is so done with him that we're taking it elsewhere to be diagnosed. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A MECHANIC!!!! Do not take your stuff here unless you want to pay high prices for sub par work at best. We're out over $1600.00 and the check engine light is still on too.
