Hello again, so I wrote a review a little over a month ago on this company when I had problem with…read moremy AC ductwork that these guys put in that was pieced together, torn & taped back together & one ductwork piece that was feeding TWO areas at the house into a large cavity that was probably six or 8 foot long and the airduct was connected to a metal round piece/collar & spray foamed in place just blowing heat or air into this large cavity hoping it would make it to my master & upstairs guest roomwell not rocket science the rooms were not getting proper Heat OR Air. OK cutie I contacted these guys about it, Aaron never responded back until I posted my first review which was on September 4, 2024. I was contacted immediately after the post hit (with a new #) and was told he would come and take care of it. All of this is via text message, he replied back, let him make it right by fixing the pad that they did a shotty job on for my split unit in my guest house and the house and help take care of the extra cost I had. I did send Aaron before and after pictures and an invoice with the cost for my new repairs. Ridiculous the work that Aaron left behind and expected it to work, I'm talking about old used stinky collapsed air duct in my house... after they replaced all that with new the odor was gone. I had another company come in to fix this mess, cost me $725 extra to have his work redone right, not including the guest house. If there is a way I wanna post before and after pictures bc it is night and day work, everybody's gotten a really good laugh out of it, I know that I was told the work that Aaron and his sons did was meant to never to be uncovered, but I wanted to know what was wrong so I started the demo myself and that's when I discovered it Bates heating & air conditioning did the new repair work here, very very reasonable and fast, super nice guys!!! I use them one other time last summer when I could not get a hold of Aaron n Sons AGAIN and tried several times but was unsuccessful, I guess that's when they change their phone number and name, anyway the pump went out that helps drain the water to the outside/I guess the condensation line but Bates came out lickety-split and got it fixed and I was up running again in no time, you do not want to be without your AC in Texas Summers I did text Aaron and sons a few days ago to let him know it was gonna be a month since I had text to them and reminded him that he had promised to come and take care of this but I have yet to hear back from him ( totally what I expected ) Oh I still need to have the split unit area repaired, left the lines exposed all sorts of stuff, told me he was going to come cover the lines for the house and the guest house and replace the pad. He not only…read morehandled the contract and oversaw all of the details associated with our roof replacement (patiently answering all of my insurance questions), but he also went above and beyond the call of duty on two occasions during this process. First, he arranged to have a temporary gutter hung over our back door within hours of learning that we had water leaking into our kitchen - caused by a heavy downpour from an unexpected storm that passed through North Texas, the night after his gutter team removed our gutters & downspouts (in preparation for the roof replacement the following Monday). Unbeknownst to us, there was a small space between our backdoor and the frame. Second, he had a section of the new roofing tiles taken down and replaced, after I noticed that the pattern of the roof was not random, giving it a curved ladder appearance. Frankly, it was refreshing to be HEARD. My husband and I highly recommend Billy Harris Roofing. Their entire team was first-rate, and they cleaned up the roofing nails and debris better than others. We had an outside team run a magnetic sweeper across our yard after our roof was replaced. This team - who has swept many yards in our neighborhood after the new roofs were installed - had a hard time finding any nails. Indeed, this team told us that our yard had the fewest nails yet. Darrell and his crew came out and had our project complete in 2 weeks! This included, running water from the main water line at the street, tying electrical into the shop with a multitude of plugs (including a 50amp plug for our RV inside and outside of the shop), hung garage doors and installed the openers. They also laid a road base/rock drive way from our back gate all the way to the shop. One of the most honest and up front companies I have ever dealt with! I highly recommend them for any project, big or small. They will treat you right.

They and his team did a great job and we were very satisfied. Well, last week we had a roof leak. I called the SAW Roofing, no voice mail, Sean picked up on the first ring. In our first conversation on that Friday afternoon, he assured me he'd have someone out to evaluate the roof "early next week". Soon after ending the call, Shawn texted me that his guy could be there THAT afternoon. We set a time for the evaluation which the evaluator arrived early, nice surprise. He determined the leak feel within our contract warranty. The next morning workers arrived from both SAW and the subcontractor to remove solar panels, perform repair and reinstall panels. From my first call to SAW, the work was completed in less than forty-eight hours. Impressive! As roofing contractors go, SAW Roofing is literally top of the mountain. It just doesn't get any better.
