Years ago our child had an appointment with Dr. Richard Johnigan and we really liked him. He was great! Unfortunately he was booked out so I recently made an appointment with Dr. Tu-Anh Ha. Weirdly, I had made an appointment"appointment request" online and put in all my information including my insurance info. I got a text the next day with 2 different open times and I responded which I wanted. I waited for a confirmation but didn't get one so I called the office to confirm. I then had to REDO ALL THE INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. (Sigh) The office had moved locations since our previous visit. I followed my GPS and found the building. Went in the lobby and walked each wing looking for the office to no avail. I finally had to go into another office and ask where the ENT office was. The lady told me I had to go AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING and the ENT office had its own entrance. No offense but that info would have been nice to know AHEAD OF TIME... like when I spoke to the receptionist on the phone. Office was clean and modern. Upon entering, I wasn't able to check in on the kiosk because the info was wrong. The lady at the desk seemed a bit rude when I informed her. I remember thinking, "This is how NEW PATIENTS are treated/spoken to?) but then she seemed a bit more friendly when I spoke to her a few minutes later. The lady at checkout wasn't the most friendly either... Anyways, the nurse who brought me back to the exam room was WONDERFUL. She was so warm, friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Ha was AWESOME. sShe really listened to my concerns and didn't make me feel rushed. I liked that she explained things to me while she did her exam. Texas ENT Specialist - Entrance is on the EXTERIOR on the side of the building. Don't go into to lobby. - Ear Nose & Throat Near Me - Pearland, Texas

Had a weird problem with my ear since a week so much so that I could not eat or even speak for a day. I took antibiotics, allergy meds and so on, my voice came back but my left ear was blocked. I tried all possible over the counter meds but it simply did not help. Finally I decided to see a doc. The appointment was quick and to the get to see the doctor even quicker, I mean the wait time was hardly anything. My vitals taken , I was examined in about 5 min. He cleaned up my ear, checked my throat and asked me to come see him if the problem persisted in any form since right now I was fit as a fiddle. Dr. jeffrey Bergeron was really helpful and quick. The clinic itself is sufficiently huge with plenty seating area and the lady at the desk is pretty friendly too, somehow my appointment was canceled, I still don't know if it was a system cliché or something I did, but they put me on the schedule right away and even then it took only about half an hour to be in and out. Am sure to go back there if I ever have an ENT problem. They have a pediatric office just beside it, so mothers, you can get two things done at the same time ...maybe... read more

As someone who is hard to impress when it comes to doctors (I've unfortunately lived most of my life at them for both my family and myself), Dr. Johnigan is a PHENOMENAL doctor. He is so kind hearted, intelligent, wise, knowledgeable, humble, funny, witty, and down to earth. I know it doesn't sound real, but I assure you, Dr. Johnigan is the REAL deal. Dr Johnigan and staff at Texas ENT in Pearland provide excellent care to their patients. Dr. Johnigan is patient and attentive.

Had to make appointment 5 weeks in advance for Dr. Johnigan's office. I take off work. Day of appointment arrives and receive usual reminder's (including a phone call at 7:45 AM). Ready to head over for 9:30 AM appointment. Phone rings as ready to leave driveway telling me that the doctor is running late and I will have to reschedule for 3 weeks later. I take an appointment and they call me back 30 minutes later telling me this time is taken and want to reschedule again. I tell them I will find another doctor who cares and respects people's time. I then look on portal later that day - they wrote "Appointment cancelled by Patient". What a piece of work these folks are. I would avoid this practice. read more
