I had no idea by the listing that this was a multi site facility. She barked back, "Well, I have 10 clinics and I need to know which one you want to be transferred to," and proceeded to rapidly rattle off locations - I couldn't understand her or get a word in edgewise. I asked her to "HANG ON!" no less than 5 times - just so I could take the phone away from my ear and look at the address for the location I thought I was calling. She was extremely hostile. At that point I said "You know what? Forget it. Your phone etiquette..." click! She hung up on me! I called back. The phone rang 9 times before she answered. She rattled off her intro and I said "I just want to know your NAME." She said "Excuse me?" I said "Your name. What is your name?" She replied "Brenda at the switchboard." Whoever manages "Brenda at the switchboard" should know she SHOULD NOT be the first point of contact for these office(s). Her phone manner is rude and condescending. I'm sick. I'm looking for a doctor. And my encounter with "Brenda on the switchboard" was not what I needed, but enough for me to look for a different clinic. If this is how an initial phone call is handled, I'm afraid to let anyone there touch me!

I was offered an option to save money when ordering multiple bottles that wasn't available when I went to actually order the bottles. Frustrating, but I'll manage. Second, and most frustrating, the receptionist recorded my address incorrectly, resulting in my reorder to be delivered to the wrong house, causing me to miss several days of treatment. After contacting Aspire, they fixed the problem and tried delivery again, but the drops never came because they AGAIN recorded the incorrect address. Now I'm 6 weeks without treatment, no drops, and they refuse to rush deliver or provide in-clinic support due to their continued negligence. Extremely frustrating. I do not recommend working through Aspire. There are other companies that value customer care. It is clear they want to hook you for repeated billing like and disregard any follow up service.

I was scared to be honest to have a tonsillectomy done, because I watched videos and read about people experiences after a tonsillectomy and I was scared of how miserable they were because of how painful it was. I did some research on The center for ENT and after meeting with Dr Hung I knew I can trust him. I have to say that the tonsillectomy was successful and painful for me. The staff at the Center for ENT were so professional, polite, kind and loving! Nan, the surgical coordinator is awesome! and Ivonne, Dr Hung Assistant is the best!!!
