They said I never called to add the current truck I was using. I pointed out that the truck has current registration and the title was put in my name, which you can't do in Texas without insurance. My proof was lost in the fire. I was told they checked every text message, voice mail and email and found no mention of removing the 2005 Chevy and replacing it with the 1990 Chevy. So I filed a complaint with the state. They got the phone transcripts. Wouldn't you know there it was. "Customer called to inform agent the 2005 Chevy was no longer working and to add the 1990 chevy. So I sent them a demand letter for them to file a claim with their Errors and omissions policy. Of course they ignored me. So now I have to pursue legal action against them. DO NOT TRUUST THESE PEOPLE!
