I received a quote over the phone and confirmed that it was for home only 4) I did not want to be shistered. When I got there, they were not ready for me. My Hayden was clearly agitated and red faced. He wanted to sell me a bundled package which was more than what was quoted over the phone. He did not have the paper work in order that I spend an hour faxing earlier that day. He was rude. He was dishonest. I would hate to see what would happen if something happened and I would have needed to file a claim with this man. My advice is to steer clear from this agency.

I called their adjuster, Sarah Bailey, and have left dozens of messages for her to return my call. She only returned one of them and said their insured motorist has never contacted them. The last time their insured called her and left her a message, I was on the line and heard the message he left for her. I've called her since letting her know I heard him leave a message for her and admitted fault in the accident. She has yet to call me back. My story is the same as all others. They won't repair...they don't call back. This place is a scam!
