Everything seemed fine, but I was concerned that I hadn't received any paperwork. I called and the office staff (new) said they had my request, they tead back the dates and notes and I was told someone would take care of it. Fast forward to May 2020 I called again another NEWER person said I needed to send an email request. No, unacceptable. This had gone on for months and these people keep giving the run-around. The policy originally was written for May, I cancelled early in January. Imagine my surprise in July when I receive a statement for a renewed policy dated June. This office is shady and unprofessional. Cannot recommend.
