Joe suggested doing the bathrooms because we needed two slabs for the kitchen and there was a lot left over. What a great suggestion, Joe's quote came in less for the kitchen and bathrooms than the other three for kitchen only. TGG also installed a tile backsplash, new hood, and hardware for the cabinets. Joe does not nickel and dime you and throws in extras at no cost. Phone calls and messages are returned quickly and they were always on time. I had a terrible experience with TGG. My sink fell into the counter a year after their install. They would not give me my remnant pieces for bathrooms- and did not install back splashes. They also installed shower shelves completely uneven and weird- they had to be redone. Quality poor. And wont take responsibility for anything. read more

Although I liked the work they did, they have a really bad management. They arrived 4 hours late for the job which was already scheduled well in advance. Secondly, after the job is done, I asked the guys who to write the check for, to which he made a phone call and told me to write it to some random Construction company, which I did. The next day, I get a call that I made a mistake and did not write the correct check. So, now I have to drive to their office during the lockdown, and write a new one for a mistake they did at the first place. The work they do is pretty good, but if going with them, be ready to block off your whole day because of the wait, and other unforeseen miscommunicated issues. read more

we were given a price. price change every time Arcaly would call. Arcaly also was rude and she would ask for payment before the job was done. the installers came out and installed the countertop and did not bring the back splash. I called Arcaly and she said they could install on Friday or Saturday. Friday morning i called and Arcaly said they were on another job. so i ask Arcaly how about Saturdays. Her comeback was that they don't work on Saturdays. the job was very poor. The seams are not smooth, they forgot the back splash and for them to come back out was poor scheduling. the granite was cut wrong and they had to cut out the door trim. when you rub your hand across the seam. I had a really good experience. Teddy and Joe were really responsive and scheduled everything quite quickly. The price was the best I found. The real hero's though are the installers, they were at my house all day and despite a miscommunication regarding my existing backsplash and the sealant needed to finish off the Job they didn't up charge me and stayed until the Job was done. He was very collaborative and helped me make the most of my slab. Working with Joe I was able to have a large enough remnant for me to do a guest bathroom. After looking at their website and seeing their "specials" for "12 granite countertop colors @$29.99/sq ft installed + free sink", I called them and told them I was interested in that special. They scheduled Edward/Edgar to come out the following week (today) for measurements and an estimate. When he gave me the estimate, it was nearly TWICE what it should have been at around $50/sq ft installed. When I asked why it wasn't priced like the ad, his first response was "the specials are for remnants only". (what happened to the 12 colors?). When pressed about that, he then said the "$29.99/sq ft special was for installation only, it didn't include the granite!" (not joking here). I handed him the ad and asked him to read it and show me where in the ad it stated the "special" was for installation only. He said it didn't but that I should have asked when I called about it and it would have been explained to me. (I did tell them I wanted the special). He left and I'm writing this ad. It's at the least a very misleading ad and possibly could be considered a scam. Regardless, its very bad business practice to falsely advertise something and possibly illegal. It was a big waste of our time and I hope this helps others to not be fooled as we were. read more
