I left one day without getting my license back. I called Janet Rivera to see if she could help me. She did not return my call. I called her again to expedite my checks and she did not return my call. I then made an appt with her and ask why she didn't return my call and she said she doesn't answer phone messages. She was too busy. I find that unacceptable. I then called the Mgr of the bank and she had her asst Jennifer Lares call me . She said that it was a teaching moment and would talk to Janet. I ask for a new point of contact and she said she would handle my account. A few weeks later I called Jennifer about a check I had written and left a message. She did not return my call. I emailed Jennifer and Janet and neither responded. It would have been better if either one would just say that all customers must go through their call center. I have used the call center twice now and both times left a message. My calls were returned about 4 hours later. I guess I must be old fashion to expect better customer service. Banks/credit unions are like service stations. There is one on every corner. The only difference between them is customer service. I would not recommend anyone to use TDECU.

I need to take money out I need two forms of ID if card was sent I wouldn't need to get cash out. the blonde female was on a powerctrip I assume stated my driver's license didn't match my card I had to come inside. she even stated ots obvious your aware of it. wow someone needs some customer service skills. so now I come into bank to meet a male female banker that started stating the law. stated I wasn't getting any money out of his bank cause I csny follow the law. went onto asking about my personal business of why my name different I was Teo different people. I was not aware of that he began to ridicule me and allowed the other two females to do the same. after I jumped on board and give the same respect I was given he told me to leave. hey if you can't handle it don't dish it out. shame on you wells fargo allowing your customers to be treated like this. beware of Chad and his team they are definitely DS trained and might wanna choose another branch to do your banking I'm sure this location will be shit down or at least until they get some real humans hired with a personality and customer service skills.

Unfortunately, it did not work because the debit card had some kind of glitch in it. No matter what store I stopped at and what I tried to buy I could never use this card. It always declined the purchases and I had gone back-and-forth every day since last Friday. I was even issued a new card and I still experience the same problem, declined. When I went back to the bank the last time I was frustrated and decided to close my account. It was then that I found out that perhaps the reason why I could not use the card was because purchases had not been checked as one of the uses for the card. I did not understand this because if I am not going to purchase anything I would not have needed a debit card.

Nora is a jewel; always smiling and a great can-do attitude. Forget about the subpar Rosenberg location in Brazos Town Center. Spend the few extra minutes that it takes to get to the Richmond branch. You will get your business taken care of more quickly, and you will be happier when you leave!
