I responded with sounds good and thank you. I recently had a fire that resulted in needing to file a claim. When reaching out to file the claim I was informed that the policy had expired in July for none payment. This is super concerning as I called during the same time frame to renew my flood policy and nothing was ever mentioned about the home owners insurance lapsing. I have been told that I cannot have my policy re-instated and that I was reached out to via email and phone. After going back through my 46,000 emails (no I don't delete email and I do pay for extra storage) I see nothing from the person that supposedly reached out to me regarding a non payment. After a frustrating conversation where I was told I can show you proof on what out note in the system shows I was hung up on. After requesting a conversation with the general manager I was told that he had reached out multiple times and no answer. After asking again and screenshotting my call log log the agent in the office in fronthe office informed me that my phone number in their system was one digit off in their error. I was once again told that it was not their fault even though my contact information they completed within the system of record was incorrect that they had still attempted to reach out multiple times, once again at the wrong contact information. If you are looking for an insurance agent this one is not it....one word comes to mind after this experience...RUN

Strike 3 : Later, they won't quote ANY "market" due to ONLY 10 years remaining on roof warranty. sigh ! In reality this agency reps a carrier{UPC}, that two other/different agents were quite capable of providing quotes & BINDING .... knowing the age of my roof and w/o my SSN. I think the agent/agency needs improved training. (yes, of course, SSN gets "more accurate" quote, but NOT necessary) ... expected : SHE will probably , defend the indefensible.
