From the start, Jeff was awesome--super patient, answered all my questions, and kept me updated even while I was traveling. When I picked up the truck, Atnan walked me through everything and made sure I was happy with the work. The customer service here really stands out. The repair timeline was actually pretty fast on the shop's side. Most of the delays came from the insurance back‑and‑forth, not the team doing the work. If you want things to move quicker, my advice is to start your claim before dropping off your vehicle. Once everything was approved, they had my truck back to me in about 9 business days. I also got text updates the whole way--submitted estimate, parts ordered, in line for paint, all of it. It made the process way less stressful. It's been two weeks since the repairs were finished, and after a power wash the paint and trim still look amazing. No mismatched panels, no weird texture differences--just clean, factory‑fresh work. There was a huge gap in the middle and then on each side of the fender and it was driving me nuts every time I saw it. I tried reaching out to several highly rated shops online including American Autobody. I either got no reply to my email about it or even in one case, the shop owner said his toyota had the same issue and he wasn't sure how to fix it. American Autobody responded and told me to come by so they could take a look which I did a few days later. They seemed confident they could make it look quite a bit better so after a few months of waiting, I scheduled time to get it in the shop and also decided to have them remove a door ding from my driver's side. The door ding is completely gone and the bumper looks so much better. The people at the shop were friendly and the price wasn't bad either. They are no longer mobile and have had the brick and mortar location for one year since the Austin hailstorm. I was referred to Charlie by the manager at Whitakers. Charlie or his crew used to travel to Whitakers to repair car dings. I had my car ding repaired at Whitakers by Charlie or his crew member six years ago for $200. They no longer travel to Whitakers so now Whitakers refers directly to their Cedar Park location. I made an appointment and was in and out in 45 minutes. The cost of the car ding depends on the location. My ding was located high on the driver's bend so they didn't have to open the door and were able to access it through the window. Charlie only charged me $150 for one ding. But with his contrasting light, he saw an additional two mini dings so he fixed them for free! I'm so happy that my driver's car door looks new!

One thing that immediately stood out was that they actually asked me, "How perfect do you want this to look?" That might sound like a small question, but it wasn't. They took the time to explain my options instead of automatically pushing the most expensive repair possible, which I really appreciated. I have a 2015 and so it doesn't need to look fresh off the lot. Their estimate also came in **significantly** lower than another shop I visited, but at no point did it feel like they were cutting corners. The repair quality was excellent, and my Mazda looks fantastic again. What really earned this review, though, was the top notch customer service. When they noticed my Mazda emblem had cracked, they replaced it for me. During the conversation I jokingly mentioned making it pink... and they actually custom did it. It's such a fun little personal touch that makes me smile every time I walk up to my car. Most body shops fix your vehicle and send you on your way. Nova managed to fix my car and make the experience pain free and memorable. Nobody wants to spend $$$ on body work, but if you have to, it's nice knowing you're working with people who are honest, communicate well, and genuinely care about their customers. Hopefully I won't need another body shop anytime soon... but if I do, Nova will absolutely be my first call.

I'm so glad I went! When I pulled in, he told me to pull in front of the garage and his older man comes out and just starts working on my car! I didn't even send them any photos or anything! They fixed it for free! Zero dollars! Who does that! I tried to give them a good tip and they wouldn't even accept it. These are the people that deserve it most! They just genuinely wanted to help. They will have all of my business and all my family's business moving forward! Plus, besides losing all that money I don't have to worry about sending in my car for over a week! Took them about seven minutes! I'm wildly grateful! They made my week!
