I went…read morefor an oil change at my favorite Subaru dealership in Georgetown and walked out with a brand new bright red 2024 Crosstrek. As you get old, you get bold! I had the beauty exactly two weeks, with paper plates still intact. Driving to work on our glorious I35, I was rear ended by a company truck, thank the stars above had insurance. I wanted to puke. I attempted to contact a few body shops suggested by Subaru and they wanted nothing to do with the insurance the company truck carried. I began yelping collision shops. Several 5 star reviews appeared at Certified Auto Body. I took the plunge. They were 5 minutes from my house on Dessau road. Matthew was beyond amazing. We discussed the damage and I made my decision. That was March 29th. Matthew took me to get my rental and the journey. There were so many kinks in the process. The car was a 2024 and Subaru changed the tail lights. None were available and no ETA. I called weekly and god bless Kelly for putting up with me. I gather for several months Subaru HQ led us down the rabbit hole. Long story short short, I contacted Paul, the former service manager at Georgetown Subaru, and lo and behold with his help, Matthew was able to secure the tail light system and the final repairs began. I picked up the car yesterday, September 28th. Matthew told me it would look brand new, I prayed his idea and my idea of brand new were the same. OMG, I forgot what the car looked like in 6 months, but this car looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. I wanted to jump for joy and cry at the same time. Trust, excellence and caring for your customer, is hard to come by. Matthew, Kelly, and Certified Auto Body possess all these qualities and let's add patience as well. I had my car in there to repair dents and no one gave any updates and I had to call or text them several times to get any response on when the cars would be done since it was done past the date they originally told me. All of this is fine for a little more time if only there were updates given. But I needed to know since we only had a rental for a few more days. And I wonder if we never contacted them as much as we did if we'd would have been waiting for a lot longer. Now I'm trying to reach someone to finish up the paint they said they would do and no one is responding. We were told someone would be coming out to our house do the paint and no one is responding. The only reason I would not come here again is the poor customer service. It really means a lot to have good customer service.

The Porsche especially was a challenge because of the difficulty in locating new tail lights but I am totally pleased with the results. There was also a screw-up on the part of my insurance agency and they paid Superior Dent Solutions twice, but got the issue rectified in short order. Their service is superb and I highly recommend them for dent repair.

False advertising. They advertise that they "wave your deductible". In reality they wave half the…read moredeductible. Took over seven weeks to get our car back. They nickel and dime the insurance company. Replaced a tire that had a "bulge" in it. From damage of a small deer that dented the fender. The work was very good, but not enough to cost the $950 I had to spend on the extra weeks they had the car. So in all, waving half the $1,000 deductible and paying the extra $950 for the rental. The exchange cost me $1,450. Such a deal.
