During our time living here (now 15 years) we have come to learn that all the appliances and finishes were top of the line and not simply contractor grade, literally all the appliance include the HVAC system were top of the line. I am a structural engineer with 30yrs. experience, and can tell you that every last detail was well thought out. From foundation to the conventional stick framed construction, the home was properly constructed and code compliant. They even got the property drainage right and our foundation has performed flawlessly. Based on our experience living in a Greater Texas Builders home, I can honestly say that I would highly recommend.
