Owner is honest and came back into our home to correct an issue they created. They are fast and efficient.

I initially hired them to do my floors and ended up having them remodel most of my house. Greg came over to talk flooring and I told him our plans to do other things to the house and was told they could probably help with most of it. My wife and I decided to give them a try and we couldn't be happier. Not only do we have beautiful new floors, we also have new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash, recessed led lighting throughout the house and the vanities and new sinks go in the bathrooms next week. I will post pics of them when finished. Overall it was a great experience. The owner stopped by several times throughout the project to check on progress and answer any questions. Unfortunately there response time for getting me a quote was lacking! I was ready to order carpet services from Greg and put a call in on the 9/27, I was told he was not in today and would get my revised quote to me when he returns Tuesday 9/28. I waited until Wednesday the 29th, called back and was denied talking to him but was promised my quote by the end of the day. Well obviously no quote........ I finally get an email from him dated 10/16 stating that the email they sent me went to a "Spam folder" (theirs not mine) and so they re-sent it to me. I call BS on that as I have several correspondence from them since July! I finally found a company that was willing to earn my business and within a day had a guy come out to measure and a quote the next day. Went ahead with the purchase and was scheduled for installation within 2 weeks not months that was quoted by Greg! If your looking for some of the best service for flooring look up Rodney from Sunn Carpets, they have there own installers and don't use 3rd party installers! So glad this didn't work out for me! read more

This company wasted my time and money. I hired this company based off a flyer in the mail. The owner Steven came out right away and gave me a very fair price to sand an refinish my downstairs wood floors. Once I hired this company, I expected the owner and possibly a crew of indiviudals to come out and perform the job. Instead, a crew of non-english speaking individuals arrived. I have no issue with that, but here's how the rest of the story played out... The owner never showed faced or called before, during or after the project. This group of individual's decided to sand and seal my floors without properly cleaning (vacuuming) them prior to the seal. Once the floors dried, there was rough debris, hair, dirt and small particles all in the floor; they were rough to even walk on and they had this dull finish to them. We had also asked this company to put a darker stain to only one of my rooms. When I arrived home to inspect the floor, there were very visible wipe marks on the floors that had now dried. I had to argue with a man named Adrian with my limited Spanish that I wanted the wipe marks out. This Adrian individual insisted that it was the grain of my wood and not his sloppy wipe marks. I'd like to note that they completed about 2400SF in 2 days. Not sure that's possible if you want the job done right. After the job was finished, I got a hold of the owner Steven and asked him to come out and inspect my floors. Luckily he agreed that the floors were a disaster and completely unacceptable. I appreciated that Steven cared enough about his company's reputation (so I thought) to ensure the job was right, so he ordered his crew back out to redo at no additional charge. So once again, I had to put my families life on hold, move all my damn furniture out of my living spaces and pause another expensive renovation project so that they could redo the work. This time, I had a professional that I hired to babysit these amateurs and make sure they properly vacuumed and covered each room before sealing, to include doing one room at a time so that each room could be done properly. Over a course of a 2 week period, my family endured the smells of the polyurethane and no furniture. Just when I thought Steven and his company redeemed themselves, they decided to leave one room unfinished! Their star employee Adrian, decided that he could not finish my last floor, about 300SF, because he ran out of polyurethane. I told Adrian that he wasn't finished, and he basically said " I'm out of material, call the owner, I'm out of here" and walked right out my front door. So naturally I called Steven to report it and the owner Steven, has the gall to tell me that if I want them to finish my last room, I'd have to pay extra for it. Really?! So now, If I want my floor completed, I must spend more time and money and hire true professionals. Like I said...waste of time and money. Thank you Yelp and BBB for letting me post my comments. If this post can even deter one person from the mental anguish and money I wasted, them I'm satisfied. Good luck SA perfections. I called this company last minute after we fired the installers that were going to do it. They came out within a matter of a couple days to give me an estimate, by that evening I had gotten their quote back. I called them the next day and even though they were extremely busy this month, they knew we needed our floors done ASAP since we were about to move in and needed floors done before we did so, they did what they could to fit us in right away. The job was supposed to take about 2 weeks to do the demo of the other floors and install the new floors throughout our 2500 sq ft house. Danny and his crew were AMAZING, though and finished well ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Our vinyl plank floors look PERFECT!! The joints match up seamlessly, it's solid when you walk across it, you don't feel it moving up and down at all. They were on time every day, incredibly reliable, they worked late when they needed to and even worked on a Saturday to get it all done. I was over there every day to check it out and Danny would walk me through and make sure I was happy with everything! We are absolutely THRILLED with the installation and customer service! read more

They installed hardwood floors in my house. Removed carpet in one room and had to remove hard wood from another. Guy who installed it was here on Saturday AND Sunday (that is what worked for us). He was professional, and cleaned up everything. The buying process was smooth. Greg and Kathy were extremely helpful, and anyone else that helped us when we were trying to pick materials as well. We had our floors installed in 2014, since then we have our floors repairs multiple times on the stairs. My wife fell yesterday as well as my son. When I called in reference to this concern there was never a "I'm so sorry this happened to you and your family." I always have a hard time getting a call back unless I call every hour. This is the only way I was able to get a hold of them this past Friday. So I was told I was going to get a call back yesterday, didn't haopen. I am waiting for the owner to get back from Bill Millers (Across the street). A worker at this shop stated she texted the owners Cathy & Greg that I was here. It has been thirty minutes, and I am still waiting. We wanted to support local businesses, and I can honestly say that in this case, this was a mistake. Either take care of the people who support you, or don't support them at all or attempt to run a business. It's great to hear people laughing in the store right now about how everyone is a Leo sign, yhe sales person making a sale as he lifts his arms and hands "Yay Leo's" I'm not being taken care of. Enough is enough. So Greg the owner just came by my house, he was more worried about telling me his employee stating "It felt like she was going to die." When I told them my story in the store. Greg was more about telling me, "What's to say you won't call me in three years with more problems", rather than fixing the issue. Told me I was cursing in his store. "Seriously" My wife and I stated he can leave if he is going to give accusations and not help us. read more

Although they did not do glass shower doors, they recommended a very good glass door firm. We are happy with the quality of work done. Workers showed up as scheduled and completed their projects. We had flooring perfections do our hallway flooring, some carpet and put wood on our stairs. They did a good job on the carpet and the hallway but if you are needing your stairs to be done do not use Flooring perfections. Unfortunately they do not know how to do stairs properly. Instead of putting wood across the entire top part of each stair they put little trim end pieces which for one look bad and make the surface uneven and two, to this day they still keep falling off. Not sure why someone would think that the end pieces would stay down with a 200 lb guy(me) stepping on them. Not to mention my three boys every day. Especially cause they hang over the stair about a 1/4 inch and no support underneath. when I asked why I can't have solid wood all the way across they gave an excuse if that's the way it's done. Not in most of all the other pics I've seen. I've replaced so many already and re-glued for the past 6 months and it just looks so bad. read more

We used SA Flooring Perfections about 18 months ago to have hardwood floors installed throughout our downstairs and we used them again just this month to have our tile redone in our master bathroom (shower, bathtub, and floor) and in our downstairs half-bath. Wood floors were also installed in our master bedroom. We could not be happier! They are reasonable in price and do a wonderful job from start to finish. Love them! We purchased a new home and wanted the flooring completed before we moved in. They came out during our final walk thru and measured. We had gotten 3 estimates and their quote was in the middle. Their sales people were not pushy and I loved the way they showed me all the products out there. We are in the process of having "reputable, professional" flooring companies provide recommendations and pricing for replacing our "NEW FLOATING FLOOR" (installed by S.A. Flooring Perfections) with a new hardwood floor. We wanted to support a local family owned business. BIG mistake! It took more than a year of complaints, an inspection by the company's Broker who said everything was properly installed and within specifications, multiple promises that the flooring material would "relax" over time, letter of complaint to the BBB, hiring an attorney and hiring an accredited, experienced, professional floor inspector who detailed major installation errors and defective manufacturer material, and the threat of a law suit to get the companies to finally live up to their warrantees. We still wound up about $600.00 in the hole after expenses but was just happy to have this nightmare over. We never want to go through anything like this again and hope no one else has to. read more
