Steer clear away from all RBFCU banks... atm took the debit card and $800 cash then malfunction, they didn't do anything about it or shut down the atm? We will be switching banks. They won't give the debit card back or cash back. I have to make a car payment today as we came back from out of town. They can't do anything and we have to wait for a week or so to get "dispute" approved??? What kind of service is that? I asked for them to check camera surveillance and they won't. Wow.... The teller was nice but hands are tied. It's just poor banking system. read more

Thought I had reviewed them before but apparently not. Very nice location that never seems too busy. I have started to get almost all loans thru RBFCU as they consistently have the lowest rates and have great customer service. Staff at this branch very friendly and helpful. I love their long hours on Saturdays and they have notary service available even on Saturdays. Like many places now have they have one of those coin counting machines and charge no fee for members to use if you deposit into your account. If you qualify for membership, suspect pretty easy and I can't remember from when we signed up, you should definitely give them a look especially if in need of a loan. read more

Love this credit union! They always have the lowest car loan rates and completing the loan process is fast and easy. I've never had to talk to someone over a monitor to complete a loan, but it worked well. I have closed all my other bank accounts and will continue to bank with RBFCU. read more

The worst Credit Union we have EVER belonged to! We applied for a loan online for a private party purchase. My son got a great deal on a vehicle from a friends grandpa. We called on Thursday and spoke with customer service at Randolph Brooks main phone number. The gentleman on the phone Dominic told me that I didn't have to call the county they could do everything for me. I didn't need to fill out a U130 form that could all be done from power of attorney's. All we needed was a current insurance card for our vehicles and our drivers license, the gentleman was to bring his drivers license and a title. I relayed this information to the seller. We made a plan to meet at Randolph Brooks on Saturday morning at 9:15. Two hours and 20 minutes later they finally get the check written out to the seller! After he had to call his LAWYER to come bring some more paperwork. Also his WIFE had been waiting patiently to pick him up. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASED IN ALL MY LIFE! I was told the process would take 20 to 30 minutes. This gentleman was a true gentleman and tried to be patient. I thought RBFCU was going to blow the deal for my son because they couldn't get their poop in a group. The workers are ALL incompetent. They cant even say my last name correctly and are too IGNORANT to apologize for mangling it. RUDE! -5* review read more
