NOW THREE MONTHS LATER, I can't figure out why so many transactions and extra money is coming out of my escrow account. I called the agent and found out he has already credited and rebilled my policy three times. Never a phone call. No communication. I was getting checks from the insurance group and didn't know why. It was due to the twice credit and rebills. And NOW......oops. His comment to me was: "oops, I forgot to check a box". My policy is an ADDITIONAL $400! RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THESE FOLKS!!!! The staff USED to be VERY helpful, always followed up and even tho the agency was in Allen and I lived in Carrollton (at the time), it felt like they were around the corner. I signed up for numerous coverages, including, motorcycle, auto, homeowners and condo policies. I used to refer quite a bit of business too but that stopped when they hired on a new staff and they have been dropping the ball since. No calls are EVER returned, they NEVER followed up with revisions to my policy and one occasion I had a car that was supposedly added which never was. Not until 3 months later! I've been with them for so long, had only one claim (storms a couple years back) and had to get a new roof. Now my home policy has gone up tremendously and when I call to ask about simple questions on the statement or amendments, they say they will call me back with an answer and NEVER do. The ONLY time I've got a call from this office was them wanting to sell me new services (auto). I have been slowly pulling all my accounts from them. A professor told me once before, "It's easy to keep a customer, then to get a new one". You guys really disappointed me. Good-bye. I wonder if Lisa even knows whats going on there.

We had a policy with 3 days left and she kept saying it's in termination status and they can't help us. The rudest and most inept people I've ever tried to work with as a customer. We ended up with a policy at Farmer's for 45% cheaper and a little better coverage. I would suggest you find someone else, too. Life it too short to be managed and handled, abused and misused by people you are paying money to be with. These people are ungrateful and entitled, and not deserving of anyone's business!
