Courtney was fully honest about Integrity not being able to beat the rates I have with them, but she still took the time to review my policies line by line and helped me identify several gaps in my coverage. I've used Courtney and Integrity to quote a policy for my personal training business. She has always been super responsive, very detailed, and has demonstrated first class professionalism.
