We scheduled the first mow but my lawn did not get mowed, so I called the scheduling person and she informed me that the guys did come out but did not mow because I wasn't home and because the price was going to be $50 instead of $30. My first issue was that I never got a call to inform me of this and second, the price had changed. The scheduler then proceeded to tell me the reason for the change was because the guy doing the work had not seen the back yard. Who provides a quote without looking at the whole yard?!
