Charlie reached out to me, I told him my son needed a very large but dead tree to be cut down and the stump to be grinded out. He came out later that day, was very polite, respectful (I only say that as most men doing business with women, are not), he looked over the tree, we negotiated a fair price (with my son on the phone) and he said I would be his last job the following day & he would text me when they were on the way. On Wednesday, I got a text around 3pm, his crew arrived and then Charlie arrived and everyone got to work. It was completely amazing how quickly his crew got this large, dead tree down, loaded in their trailer, they cleaned up the mess and were gone in about 50minutes. If you are in need of a tree removed, or maybe pruning of your trees, Charlie & his crew are the ones you want doing the job! I promise they will not let you down in service or politeness. While other mowing services were canceling or making excuses because of prior rain days--"the ground's still too wet," etc.--Blake and his team showed up ready to work. Even in less-than-ideal weather, they started trimming things down to a clean, acceptable level and returned promptly as soon as the rain let up to finish the job. That kind of dedication is rare. Blake was easy to communicate with, responsive, and genuinely great to deal with throughout the entire process. He's a good listener, and he is very detailed and attentive to his work . I am so pleased with this company, I had a French drain put in , a rock garden , yard leveled with dirt , grass seeds and ect , and had my sprinkler system repaired , he was patient with me showing me how to use it. They also built a cedar covered porch which is fantastic. They incurred a few problems but the result was great. We plan on having them do some more work in near future.
