Which was another scam because the add for memorial day said that it was going to be $799+ on a matress is a free adjustable. I brought it up to corporate and they denied and assumed I had no clue what I was talking about. I paid $1800 and didn't get the memorial day sale, when I bought the matress during the memorial day sale.  I'm finding low spots in the CLOSEOUT matress as if it was leaning against things for years in the warehouse. I'm ready too pay this off so I can go buy a matress from Matress Mack!! I have been warning people all over Facebook and matress firm knows that they are guilty, they know me by name, they laughed at me and refused to even look into the lies told too me. So they BLOCKED me on facebook!! I have a work Facebook page and it still gives me the option too comment. But, on my personal Facebook they blocked me from commenting. How pathetic for a company to lie, steal your money, disrespect you and other customers on social media and then block you when they are called out on their crap! My grandfathers chair purchased from this store had a minor problem and when I called on Saturday…read morethe soonest available time to fix the issue was Tuesday. Totally understandable considering other clients as well as other service calls. My grandfather is not very mobile so I called them back and asked if I could bring the chair to them for a quick fix. Keep in mind this was 2pm on a Saturday. I was told come on down and we will see what we can do. When I got there the ladies up front were very professional and nice. I took the chair around back and Randy in the warehouse was very professional and nice. Randy went above and beyond to make sure the chair was functional so my grandfather was comfortable and able to use the chair which the mechanics of the specific chair helps him get up and down. Thank you Red Daddy's for all your help on such short notice.

I simply don't like the owner. I went back and was informed that the frame was nonrefundable and yes it was written on the receipt but never in his pre-speech was this mentioned. This was upsetting as now I had to try and sell it on my own, but she decided to by a small mattress and regular frame. Our original invoice was 1880, by the time he finished the quote she was still going to owe 190? How was this possible. Mom decided that she no longer wanted to do business with MF and I went to see what her losses would be if we just did the return, she would have received only 400 back on a 1880 purchase! Their refund/return policy is a joke and a scam. I not sure if this treatment falls under the abuse of elders act in Texas.
