I tend to be really hard on myself and she always redirects and lets me know when something is and will always be out of my control BUT how medical intervention can help. This is going to be a side note but it is important- somehow I had an appointment the month my mother passed and six months later while I was having a miscarriage. The level of care and empathy Brandy showed me really made an impact on me. Both of these situations could have derailed my health, but she was supportive and it made a difference. I feel so lucky to have someone on my team who genuinely cares.

I was given weekly testosterone cypionate which is horrible because SHBG works like a buffer and me having ultra low of it causes a spike and trough which is even more detrimental to a person's health. Then I was told that my symptoms were in my head you are too incompetent to even understand my condition. Then I was told to do a research and find a compounding pharmacy, guess what, it's not my job you incompetent piece of trash. If you don't like your job, quit it. Me not being a medical practitioner has more knowledge about my condition and the more I study the more I find how incompetent you both are. It's a failure on your end that a person has to know more than you just because you gatekeep the medicine.

Courtney helped me with conference call to ATT and we got her service restored. Communication from out of state was difficult before that. The speech therapist at West Oaks was very patient, on the phone almost an hour as we did conference call to sisters bank to get sister to authenticate me. The Nurses have been patient with my calls asking them to walk to sisters room because she is unable to answer her cell phone in her condition. Adam the manager is friendly and runs a good ship.

After filling out paperwork for 10 minutes he cancelled my appointment because I was late. I guess his time is more important than mine since I've waited more than 15 minutes for him in the past. 2) He cancelled a refill of medication I desperately needed without telling me because a computer database showed that I picked it up. I hadn't. When I suggested that he could have asked me if I had picked it up (and then confirmed it with the pharmacy), he offered no apology. He said it was the pharmacy's fault, not his. He also insisted I call him "doctor" after I addressed him by his first name as if he's above me.

He is witty and has excellent chair side manners...very personable. He made some medication changes to address my concerns. No doctor has taken my insomnia as seriously as he has. So far so good.
