Many herbs can be found in both dried and powdered form. I quite appreciated being able to find lots of stuff in one place. There are smaller selections of crystals and rocks, and standard hippie fare like woven ethnic bags and sage. I didn't feel like my usual social and active self and was for the most part not enjoying life with all my symptoms. On process: The initial questionnaire is comprehensive. Dr. Wards reviewed all the scores with me, what they may signify, and in what order we should address them. I also opted in for genetic testing which informs on any protocols taken in the journey to wellness. For each subsequent appointment, you complete a scorecard listing all your initial symptoms and their associated scores 0-10 on severity. Not only does it inform on what remains to be addressed, but each time I attend an appointment I can see how much progress has been made. Within a couple of weeks of changing my diet, repairing my gut and addressing intestinal parasites, I was well on my way to feeling closer to my real normal. Now, 8 months into this journey and Dr. Wards' attention to detail, knowledge and skills, and metric-based approach has me feeling much more back to myself, if not much younger, more vibrant, and full of energy than I could have imagined.
