My review is actually overdue for many months. I was a return patient of Endeavor, one word that can explain everything about Endeavor Physical Therapy at this location is UNPROFESSIONAL, plus Poor Management. Although almost everybody here were kind of friendly, it wasn't worth for your $30 co-pay at all. Your section wasn't never over 30 mins and most of the time they let you doing some light exercises on your own, which didn't do a thing to help you getting better. I had a tennis elbow on both of my arms and after being a guinea pig by having them trying on which method might have helped me, I found that dry needling was the best way to help ease my pains. Normally, my PT was Zach who was best on the dry needling here. Amy was very nice, kind, and considerate, but she could do only 5-6 needles on one arm at a time while Zach could do up to 10 needles for both arms. However, there was something very weird here. Zach who normally had been my PT here. When I was a return patient, I had a very hard time making an appointment with Zach. Importantly, they always lied to me when I confirmed that did I make an appointment with Zach. The first two visits I was assigned to a trainee, which I had no problem with, but turned out that she couldn't do a dry needling, which I already specifically asked for. Moreover, Zach had never come to supervise his trainee. The 3rd appointment, again I got confirmed that my appointment was with Zach and it was around the Christmas Holidays. When I showed up and got a register done, they had me waited for 10 mins before telling me that "Amy"?? was ready and I could walk to her. I walked to Amy who was still busy working on her patient, so I waited 15 mins more and started feeling this wasn't right. Thus, I started to walk away, and then Amy rush to me and said if you needed a needling, I could do it now. Yes, she was rushing put 5 needles on my arms without checking the tenses positions then turned on the machine for like 10 mins and then her another patient showed up. Yah, they charged your $30 copay for just 10 mins working on your problem and then got the payment from your insurance. Such a wasted of 30 min- waiting. Unfair and Unprincipled and So unprofessional to having you make an appointment with someone who never showed up or never intended to take care of you. Even more strange when Zach showed up during my 2nd appointment to have a conversation with Amy about why another patient needed to specifically asked for him? Right, I wished Amy could do 10 needles at a time and did a great arm massage as well as Zach so that I wouldn't need to make an appointment for "him", who indeed used to be my regular PT. After experienced 3 lies and paid $30 copay for a 10 minute-section, I felt no more. Then a week later, I got a call from Endeavor and instead of asking me what went wrong. The operator left kind of a threatening voicemail that if I didn't make a new appoint in one week, they would close my account! I was not even sure that this was ethical for this practice since my new PT place confirmed that it needed me to have no schedule for 90 days before they would close my account! I was actually thankful of Endeavor's unprofessional since it made me looking for a new PT. My new PT, Austin Sports Medicine, is better than Endeavor in every way. The 1st time I was there, they already had a goal set for me to get better in 3 months and explained to me what was their action plan. They are very professional and systematic. The operator was also professional, polite, and kind. At Endeavor many times, you couldn't find the operator or cashier and PT would simply tell you that you could pay the next time. At Austin Sports Medicine, I was introduced to another technique of dry needling called Pistol and was the best. My strapping pain was completely gone and they put me on the real and effective arm exercises, supervised closely by PT every time. Additionally, I didn't need to confirm or said anything. They knew the right practice to do by scheduling me with the same PT every time. Nothing Personal or Emotional. Also, I got Notes from my visit reminding what the exercises I had done today. Moreover, they kept all the tools in place and your PT didn't need to walk around in order to find some tolls as Endeavor. Office Surrounding and the PT's desks & beds were as well nicer and cleaner than Endeavor. Additionally, they had lockers for you to keep your belongings. I was more than happy to NEVER EVER get back to Endeavor. read more

This Endeavor office as well as the other two around Austin have shut down without any notice. The north office is locked and dark and the other two have phone disconnected. Even the parent company's phone no longer work. read more

Overall, I would say this is a review of Thomas more than the whole office. Seems the other PTs are better reviewed. Over my two appo, he managed to dismiss my pain more than once, give me repetitive exercises that didn't meet my needs or my request, and didn't look into the stimulator I have implanted even though this is critical to my back health. I let some things go because he is clearly very young and inexperienced and I was hopeful that another appo, after he had time to read up a little, would address my issues. I was mistaken. More details follow. Making an appointment was easy and the office staff were helpful. I found the location very hard to find the first time. This is a small office with maybe 3-4 therapists working at once, cleaning and skipping tables, plus hand washing is required at arrival and masks are worn by staff and patients. I was referred by a friend who sees Cristi and Lisa and could not rave more about them. I was given an appo with Thomas. I had two appo with him. Both appo he looked he had somewhere else to be, briefly scanning info and asking me to do things I am not capable of - with the question "you can't or don't want to?" Seems to me the word "can't" is self-explanatory. He suggested exercises I already do with my trainer. I was clear with him that I planned for 1-2 appo to get info on my limits and maintenance exercises I could take info to trainer to do with me. I wanted to know limitations given the multiple back fusions, lumbar stimulator, and arthritis. He said, I don't know anything about the stimulator. Ok. Fine. Research before my next appo. Nope. No research. Second appo worse, except for dry needling which was very helpful. He told me to do the same two exercises and one was causing a lot of pain in my hip. I told him. His response - when he could finally tear himself away from PC and phone - was sometimes things hurt because we're strengthening them. Really? Every other doctor, nurse, therapist, etc. who has worked with me has always said - stop if it hurts. So I stopped. He never watched my form, counted, or provided any feedback during the exercises or even when I was pointing to pain area. He also had no new exercises planned to provide to me for future use as I requested and didn't recall (or apparently write down) what my goals were and the issues. Aside: while there, a patient told another therapist about something specific Thomas had told him. Turns out Thomas didn't make notes in the file about it, so the other therapist had to do a slight cover his ass for Thomas, who laughed it off as - oops I forgot! Very unfocused, somewhat unprofessional, friendly but clueless as to his behavior. read more

The therapy is fine. The front desk girl at Four Points is incredibly rude EVERY TIME. Rude on the phone - snappy, condescending and short. Rude in person - slams her window shut when she's done barking orders at you. I would rather drive 30 minutes to another therapist than have to deal with this woman. In fact, if they don't just let me pre-pay for the rest of our sessions today to cut down on my interactions with her, I will be transferring to another facility. read more

Zero stars. Avoid this business at all cost! They are not truthful about what they charge upfront, and then they bill exorbitant amounts to your insurance which your insurance will not pay and then they will bill you for the outrageous amount not covered. The quality of their work is extremely low. A therapy device they made for me fell apart on the fourth day I used it and I replaced it with a $15 device from Walgreens that has worked just fine. If you want to go, ask for upfront costs, and get only what you need. Don't get into their trap. Only they care about how to make money out of you. I went for several weeks for therapy on my plantar fasciitis and ankle tendonitis. I liked my therapist, but I don't feel like we had much success. Then I got multiple bills. Conflicting, repetitive bills. I overpaid by over $500, and when I called to straighten things out, the first person I talked to claimed to be the office manager, but was surly and uncooperative. Then I talked to Brittany who was very helpful, very fast, and got things cleared up. I didn't get any kind of upfront estimate, so I was shocked to then get the bill (which was confusing and inaccurate). This place isn't run very well. read more

After my Laminectomy i have been under the excellent care of Dr Manny Prempeh, and i couldn't be happier with the progress made. Both he and Light Townsend have pushed me where needed and backed off when necessary. The treatment has been first class every step along the way. They know more about rebuilding and strengthening than i could ever hope. Both the treatment i received during each visit and the take home exercise sheets are so desperately needed. I would whole hardily recommend them when seeking treatment. read more

I absolutely love love love Endeavor Physical Therapy North Central and it's all because of Nicole Mims, my outstanding physical therapist! She is so thorough, professional, and has an expertise that surpasses all others! She does detailed (and I do mean detailed) examination, until she absolutely locates the exact spots that need to be strengthened and improved, and THEN creates an individualized program for those areas! She "understands" the complaints and is empathetic and compassionate! I recommend her hands down (no pun intended)! And John at the front desk is totally supportive and understanding (frosting on the cake)! Nicole is currently working with me on my balance issues because I have had a couple of falls. In the past she has helped me with recovery from a stroke. She even emails me instructions with pictures, and, at age 85, I appreciate that, and I appreciate HER! read more

Dr Reickle, who I also highly recommend, sent me to have PT completed with Enrique at Endeavor. I was being seen for an oil burn on my hand along with loss of mobility. He was professional and calming as I was in severe pain. His knowledge helped me feel motivated to accomplish the tasks he encouraged me to do. Today I was released with a huge smile on my face. He saved my hand and helped keep me mentally strong through the process. I have been to many PT locations over the years and would go back to see Enrique if another session is needed. I followed Barry from ARC to Endeavor. He has put me back together several times from back issues and surgery. I have also watched Cristi and Jason interact over time. I would work with any of them. I prefer Barry because he has a huge sense of humor. I'd rather be laughing while he educates my body in new directions. Stephanie has really helped fix my busted up broken down hips/legs. We use the time in the clinic to do a bunch of different stretching and strengthening activities, and she also gives me stuff to do at home between appointments. She knows a lot. Experienced physical therapists in a calm, relaxed setting. The hand therapists are the ones that hand surgeons refer to. During my time of treatment, I saw them treat a wide range of hand problems with individual care and attention. They went the extra mile for me with my problem. I highly recommend them. Wow the environment at this place is really bad. The receptionist is not very pleasant at all. I scheduled an appointment because its close to my house- even on the initial calls I noticed a lack of professionalism. After going to the office talking with the staff and sitting in their waiting room I realized this definitely isn't a place I would enjoy coming on a weekly basis so I'm looking elsewhere even if I have to drive further. read more

I had a severe hand injury and the surgeon sends everyone to Enrique at Endeavor. I have been working with him 3 times a week and he is very closely monitoring my progress and altering the exercises to see results. He answers all of my questions. Last week, we looked at my xrays and he showed me illustrations in a hand manual. This was extremely helpful to understand what my hand was going through. Highly recommend this place if you are in need of rehab (hand or other parts of the body). I know I'm in the best care! read more

Having an injury sucks, but the folks at Endeavor Physical Therapy make it a better experience. I was referred to Endeavor by Dr. Benjamin Amis, a really awesome orthopedic doctor here in Austin. I have been seeing Christina, a OT and certified hand specialist, and she is super friendly, educated, knowledgeable, and has helped me a lot in recovering from my injury. She always goes above and beyond to answer my questions and I never ever feel rushed in any way. They'll even go out of their way to help educate me about different injuries or issues, and ways to aid healing. I actually really enjoy coming and seeing her and her intern, Jacob, biweekly, as I always leave with a smile on my face. And every patient I've seen come in is happy to be there! They're seriously the best. I even went to another chiro/physical therapist as it was cheaper for my insurance, but came back to Endeavor because their level of care is that good. I'm actually gonna be kinda sad whenever my wrist heals as I won't have a reason to see them anymore! read more

Wow! I took a spill on my bicycle about eight weeks ago. I broke my right wrist and dislocated the middle finger of my other hand. I have been working with Enrique for the last four weeks. Wow! I am amazed at how quickly I have gotten back to "almost" normal. I think Enrique has done a great job. He's kept pace with my desire to heal quickly and at the same time was a cautionary voice to not overdo. The perfect compromise. I could not have been more pleased with the professional and caring support provided by Bonnie and Enrique at Endeavor Rehab. Bonnie was my primary therapist who helped me from beginning to end as I recovered from ACL surgery. She is incredibly knowledgeable. Had therapy in 2014 for two different issues. 1st go around with therapy was covered by my insurance at 100%, second time due to billing error (out of network) insurance denied claims Spoke with Donna - billing/accounting multiple time; she indicated she would look into on 3-4 different occasions and again no follow-up. Spoke with Donna on another occasion and again she said she would look into - no results and no return call to discuss what if anything she found out. So, because I have been busy I assumed all was okay. Next, I get a call from a collection company.......spoke with Endeavor Rehab again and Donna and Owner know I've been calling and would never return my call...............poor and unacceptable customer service. I have done my own investigation and come to find out, Endeavor processed claim with billing errors and again claims processed out of network. Endeavor resubmitted my therapy claims as in network, but failed to notify my insurance company and forgot to include additional days of service. I did pay the total amount owed to the collection agency as it was going to be reported. I have perfect credit and am very financially responsible.....I guess they don't care because they do have the same values. I will be in their office tomorrow. Emily Fontana and her staff are great and treated my torn rotator cuff thru various rehab exercise... I thought I would need surgery but have dodged surgery thru their rehab program...
