I went in and was not greeted by a single person so I just sat down. Not very welcoming. As other clients left after finishing their service, as soon as they were out the door, the stylists are talking about the person who just left. They did it with each one and I saw 3 different clients leave during my wait. WOW! So of course I knew as soon as I left they would do the same thing to me. Who the heck wants to deal with that?! Grown women acting like a bunch of high school girls. I don't have time for that not to mention how unprofessional it is. There are plenty of stylists out there. I returned three items of clothing the same day I purchased them after trying them on at home,…read more(they had no dressing room), but after leaving the store and a second look at the refund amount I realized it was short a few dollars. I returned and brought it up to the girl at the front desk who sold the items. After staring at her computer for a good 15 minutes, she told me "I didn't return your tax because tax is not refunded on returned merchandise." When I asked her if she honestly thought customers still pay taxes on items they have returned, she looked frazzled and spent another 10-15 minutes on her computer trying to come up with an answer. When she realized I wasn't going to just walk away and let her keep the tax amount, she said "Ok, I'll refund your tax" as if she's doing me a huge favor and making an exception. But even then she gave no receipt for the returns. When I asked for a receipt, she told me: "We don't give receipts on returned items. They're given only for sold items." I asked if she had a pen and paper. She said yes, and just stared at me. So I said, Can you write on a piece of paper that I returned these items and am due a refund? By this time, visibly fed up with her customer asking for something I should have received without asking, she writes on a Post-It note pad "Items returned 8/22." After my experience, I was surprised to see the additional tax actually refunded on my credit card. I was honestly expecting a few more back & forth discussions that led nowhere. What should have been a simple return became an unnecessarily aggravating experience with someone who clearly needs training and basic common sense, like merchant can't keep the tax charged on returned items, or that a customer needs to be provided proof of return. Just goes to show your employees can cost you much more than you realize. They lost my business for good. I'm new in the area and was looking for a new hairdresser but given my experience, there is zero chance I'll ever step foot in this place again.

I wanted to get turquoise put into my hair, and I've never colored my hair before (virgin hair). Mia was amazing! She explained everything step by step and told me the cost before we ever got started. I LOVE MY HAIR!! She's amazing! She is very knowledgeable and explained colored hair care very well so that I can keep a vibrant look longer. I got the exact color and style I wanted. My hair felt soft not dried out or damaged after coloring, which is great, considering I have exceptionally fine hair. Mia really took the time and care to make sure my hair was not over processed and harshly damaged. I will definitely be returning to see her. She did a great job putting my mind at ease.
