As other clients left after finishing their service, as soon as they were out the door, the stylists are talking about the person who just left. She explained everything step by step and told me the cost before we ever got started. I LOVE MY HAIR!! She's amazing! My hair felt soft not dried out or damaged after coloring, which is great, considering I have exceptionally fine hair.
