The owner is nice and has been great in the past, however the store clerk working 7/13 at about 4:15 pm was rude. When we entered she said nothing, we said hi and she very obviously rolled her eyes at us and acted upset. She then said "What do you want?" In a rude tone. She was not friendly. I felt very disrespected as a reoccurring customer who came to that store knowing in the past the owner/original lady is informative and kind. She was obviously in a bad mood, but it's not fair to put that on the customer. There are way better stores out there with more selection and clerks who actually take the time to try to inform you and sell you things. A good clerk is the difference between a building with goods and a quality experience. I'm sorry for my review but would hate for anyone to experience that customer service. CBD is GREAT for anxiety, insomnia, and pain. If you have these ailments I would strongly suggest you come here and try their products. Being a nurse, I reassure you, there is no thc on their products which is the stuff that gets you "high", for lack of a better word, and makes you fail a drug test. My doctor recommended cbd to me as something natural to take for anxiety and as an adjunct to my med for insomnia. I did buy one of their cloud tinctures for general aches and pain and EVERYTHING works great. I highly recommend their products, especially for anxiety. I buy their gummies, rice crispy treats, and brownies, and their cloud tincture which you put under your tongue where it's rich with tiny blood vessels for fast absorption. You just hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds and then swallow. I did try one of their cbd joints just to see what effect it would have on me. I must say that this would be good for someone that smokes and wants to quit and not have the anxiety associated with quitting. I'm not a smoker so I basically coughed my lungs up, lol, when I tried this and that's that. You can buy products online. I think in order to get products shipped you have to buy at least $100 worth of product which is easy to do because the items are pricey but I consider them to be worth the cost. After extensive research I decided this was the CBD I wanted to try. I drove from Spring TX. and the drive was worth it. I was given a sample of CBD infused water and a free CBD honey stick. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they helped me pick the best product for my needs. After 1 dose my anxiety levels came down significantly and my severe back pain eased up a little. Came in to think the worker was sleeping on the couch, since she was in the corner of the entrance and then brightened up the lights. I didn't even notice her until I walked halfway into the store. Wasn't until I turned around and noticed the lights getting brighter , then I was greeted. Bought 2 pack of the sample gummies and two pre-rolls. One of the pre rolls wasn't rolled properly and is extremely flimsy towards the filter; Almost unsmokable due to it nearly breaking. The other pre roll had kief that wasn't stuck anymore, and was left at the bottom; a good amount. Also there were some stems on the preroll instead of kief. Also tasting a mass load of stems in the preroll itself. I couldn't go back after I opened it since the worker told me not to open in the store. I like to check the product at least before I buy it for situations like this. So after being 20mins away, I knew I just had to deal with it. Stuffs not cheap, but I guess that's the closest thing we'll get to medicinal for now, right? They're taking advantage of that market for sure via the previous review. Nothing wrong with the service except the first note, but the product definitely had wrong to it. If I'm paying $20 for a pre roll, I expect it to be at least rolled properly and not have any stems.
