Josh did a fantastic job and make sure we knew what we were doing which we've had similar before so it's pretty much knew a lot. Josh was absolutely fantastic very knowledgeable in the unit. we are totally thrilled to take possession of it and it took us a few hours to get out of there as we had to get insurance and blah blah blah. but very nice establishment and we are totally thrilled with the unit. Now we are driving back from Houston, Texas to Reno, Nevada. We are two nights into the unit and we love it. We are staying at RV parks the first few nights we get used to the unit know what to do and we will go back road off-road. everything so far with the revel has been fantastic. He even congratulated me but failed to tell me the unit had been sold. He didn't even inform me my deposit had been refunded. When I spoke with the manager and informed him, he did not provide an apology nor take accountable for his employee lack of service. If You buy a trailer from them, DON'T BUY THE MAINTENANCE WARRANTY, RIP OFF! Travel trailer less than a year old, was leaking and they refused to repair it, they said they didn't have time after it sat on their lot for a week.. Lack of communication in the entire maintenance department. Took trailer in on a Thursday appointment @ 1:00pm they said warranty work would be completed by Monday morning, showed up Monday morning to drive back to Dallas and they hadn't even touched the trailer! Whaaaaat!!! Asked David when it would be completed, he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. Asked to speak to the manager who then after much discussion said it would be done by end of day. Went to pick it up Tuesday morning waited 45 minutes and finally asked them to hunt it down so that I could just hook it up and start the long drive back to Dallas,.. SMH. Six months after I purchased it, I brought it back in because I found a wet spot on the carpet in the corner of my slide. They had it for a month, and told me they couldn't find a leak. Two years later, I see water dripping from my ceiling. I pull the paneling from my ceiling, and the wood is completely rotten to the point that I can stick my finger completely through my roof. The damage is in the exact location where the wet carpet was at. The amount of mold was completely insane. My son and I live in this RV, so needless to say, im extremely upset. I called Chad, who is the Service manager. He quickly told me demontrond is going to do absolutely nothing to fix the issue. I took my RV to a different shop. It's going to cost me $10,000 out of my pocket to fix. Insurance won't cover it because the leak is two years old. So demontrond really screwed me on this.

We brought a trade in and felt like they gave us a good deal on it, had a few small things wrong with it (we lived in it for a few years) but they definitely give you the best price. The manager came down and worked numbers with us on the trade and our new trailer and explained everything to us so there no questions on anything. I purchased an rv in August of 2025. Going through a divorce. Saw an ad on Facebook. Perfect 2…read morebedroom for my son and I. Drove 2 hours to view it. Was promised no soft spots by Michael(the owner) and a clean title by him and the ad on Facebook. I went and got a cashier for the total from the bank and purchased it the same day. On the bill of sale, I was charged for a cleaning fee and title transfer. When it was delivered 2 weeks later, we found the soft spot under the slide that was not slid out upon showing because they didn't have room to slide it out. The rv was not cleaned. I notified Michael and he said he did it himself with the cleaning crew. There was belongings and paperwork from the previous owners still in it. I contacted Michaels multiple times afterwards for my title because I hadn't received it. In January of 2026, I had to file a claim with my insurance. I tried calling the office and received the run around, and Michael was never there. How is the owner never available. I drove two hours there and sat for hours. Told by another manager that when I start threatening with fraud and lawyers, they stop talking. He avoided my attorney via phone and emails, once told my attorney he was unaware I needed my title. She informed him that she paid it off therefore it is hers. I contacted Michael again, last words from Michael was "please don't get your lawyer involved, let me make this right!) Almost a year later after my purchase, multiple emails and phone calls, I am still without a title and it has never been transferred into my name like they promised. It is still registered to the previous owners. Come to find out through multiple calls, the rv I purchased may have a salvage title that was not disclosed but was guaranteed a "clean title". I find very unprofessional that they were so eager to take my money for an rv that was supposed to be a new start for us and I was taken advantage of. Do not take their word and do not purchase from this company. They are not honest about their loyalty.
