DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They hide negative reviews and do not honor their warranty!! In December 2024 I purchased a smart bidet toilet from this company. I received in writing that it has a one-year warranty. My contractor installed the toilet at the end of April 2025 , and in October 2025 it started having issues. We had multiple plumbers come out, but we were never able to reach the company by phone for our plumbers to figure out the problem. I have now sent over 40 emails to this company since last fall and left 11 voice messages, none of which have been returned. They have taken down our reviews on their website. They are refusing to honor their warranty on a toilet that cost me over $1500. I've been extremely patient yet they are clearly avoiding honoring their warranty on this defective toilet. Not only has it flooded my floors, but it continuously leaks and the water has to be shut off to it. The bidet stopped working as did the air dryer and solenoid. This is absolutely unacceptable for this business to not honor their written warranty and completely ignore me. read more

Before you are going to order from this company please stop!!!! In November I did order #6200 shower system from them and it took over a month to come. The shower system I was order come from China and I did not know it. My technician unable to install due to the metric system different in the US. I did called and email numerous times to their office for the refund but they won't answered the phone or email. Finally they send me the email instructed me to return the packages to their address. I did send the packages to their office with tracking number. (The boxes it open but did not removed items out off the boxes). They did received my packages but refused to refund my money. Their are intend to kept my packages, my money, and over $200 FEDEX shipping fee. Lucky I was used my credit card and able to retrieved my money back. They are thief and crooked!!!. The BBB should close their store immediately to prevent further business scam. read more

The product is good. Customer service doesn't exist. Try to ask questions or ask about something that is missing in your order and there will be nobody there to help you out with anything if it wasn't for you filling out the order online you would never get anything from them. They're nonexistent. read more

TERRIBLE customer service! I purchased a smart lock from this company. They refused to let UPS leave the package at my door even after I told them to do so. I'm pretty sure if a thief scales a fence, evades my driveway camera and somehow slips pst my doorbell camera... they deserve to keep the package. So after having to leave work early to go pick up my smart lock, I get it home and need some answers from customer support. It's funny how quick they were to answer right up to the point where I placed the order... then poof!! They're gone.. Nice job guys.... read more
