Shortly into the job, Kevin became concerned that we were dealing with a bigger issue. He fully evaluated the situation and presented me with the best way to fix it - and fix it right. It turned into a much bigger job than I originally thought but I was very thankful that now it is fixed correctly and he didn't just patch the problem and move on. I then hired them to level my backyard for the placement of an above ground pool. 12x24 ft. The contractor who actually installed the pool said he had never seen a "more perfectly level, square or compacted pad ever - they were spot on". Kevin is extremely talented, detail oriented and quite a perfectionist. Both he and Osman have a work ethic that is amazing. Frank did a walkthrough of the home while I was on the phone with him and was able to point out things that needed to be worked on and took pictures for you to see. I have a property manager and they have a "crew" that makes repairs. However, when you are charged for every drive out regardless of repair or not, it can become expensive. The markups from the property managers also add up. I am by no means rich but a middle class American trying to make ends meet. Frank is the same way. Faith, family and country. With that said... Frank is reasonable and won't gouge you when buying parts. His labor per hour is on par with what I would have been charged by my property manager. Since rates are an area that ebbs and flows with gas prices and the economy, I will refrain from posting his hourly fee. What I can tell you is it's under $100 an hour.
