Document EVERYTHING for this one, insist he responds to all your request and get EVERYTHING IN WRITING. GET RECEIPTS after all purchases, because his delays are refusals, he saves receipts you paid for purchases you paid for items and supplies for his taxes claiming they are his property, he will also claim unused supplies and take take it all without asking. Do not hire this one! I had to FIRE HIM.

We got scammed into paying and signing off on service done before they even started the job. We had…read morea leak under the house that turned out to be a 10 minute fix. They gave my son a quote for $800.00 which is reasonable for a complicated fix. To quote a price before they even see what the work entails they show up and have you sign off on the work. I've never had a company do that. I had them out last year to do a quick job on my water heater. They have a $50.00 call out fee and charged for time and materials. My total charge was around $250.00 which is reasonable. This was not an emergency call which is usually a bit more. When I called the company the manager wouldn't even talk to me, they had their receptionist relay the message. This girl was so rude and their only resolution they offered was to come back and undo the work they did. They should be ashamed of themselves. Buyer Beware with this bunch! Don't take their quote until the work is done. How does anyone know what the job entails unless they have seen the problem. Total Scam.

I gave a sample to Lankford of how to blend before they were done the first day. 4.They took down front gable vent without having a replacement. They bought a Vent from.... Not for brick house. I bought 145$ correct one. 5.Directly lied to me about satellite Dish ( gave free instructions on how) Duplex nails! 6. Supplied 80$ worth of stainless steel nails. 7.TRIANGLES ? ..... 8. Lone out my tools to do it correctly SHOWED UP NOT SCHEDULE BEEN RAINING Spent 3 hours trying not to tear out screwed in ridgevents tearing up the dirt road (told it would be leveled Not) New white drip edge MENTIONED IN FIRST VISIT HAD TO COME OUT AND REDO lead pipe boots flashings, new collar & caps, power vents and valley metal.
