Their driver almost ran me and my child off the road (a red town and country minivan)I honked my horn because I had my child in the car and he hit his breaks shooting the middle finger to me for a mile. I called their customer service line and he just made jokes and tried to dismiss it; saying "Oh! Good one" and "I'm so scared" when I said I would post a review. Luckily I recorded that call and took pictures of the driver (and his license plate number) This place is obviously ran by degenerates and crooks. Hope hot food is worth putting lives in danger! Horrible experience using this delivery service, never again. Ordered Buffalo Wild Wings on a Thursday night.. it took 2 HOURS to receive my order! When we opened our food everything was cold and soggy. The naked tenders were put in the same container as our potato wedges and everything was all smoothed together...(see picture). One order of Wings was boneless and should have been traditional. Also didn't receive another side of potato wedges. Horrible service. I payed 8$ extra for delivery, along with a hefty tip. Not something I will EVER do again. read more

And still not receive your food hours later. 1st time calling the company they said one of their drivers logged off and they had to send another driver with delivery fee waived..... 2nd time calling they are NOW BLAMING Sharkys Burrito Company saying our food was never made and they were waiting on it. I have used this service twice. First time, not really any problems. The second time, was a horrible experience. There are two major hospitals in Amarillo , one next to the other. I gave explicit instructions and the correct address for my food to be delivered to BSA Hospital. I even gave instructions to meet me at the front entrance, and I would be downstairs waiting. After waiting for almost 2 hours and trying to get in touch with someone from Texas to go wondering where my order is, a very rude and impolite male driver shows up. He walks from the other side of the hospital, not where I told him to meet me, which was clearly written out on the instructions. It even had my phone number which he did not use. He had gone to the emergency room at Northwest Texas Hospital, which is the wrong hospital in the wrong location and wrong every which way around. My hot wings from Wingstop was in a wrinkled up wet bag, which was torn. He rudely shoved the food into my hands and walked away without saying I'm sorry, or anything for his mistake of going to the wrong hospital. I did not appreciate his dirty looks, and it was not my fault that he did not follow instructions. The food was ice cold, and something was missing from my order. I will never ever again use Texas to go. read more

I will never use this company again and in my opinion it is a total fraud. In one case I made a large breakfast order and only got 3 breakfast tacos but I was charged for the whole thing. I was promised a refund but still don't have it. Tonight my order was completely wrong and when I called I was told "sh*t happens" and hung up on! Do not waste your time or money with this company. And if you are a restaurant that is affiliated with them - STOP! Their horrible service reflects poorly on you and your continued business with them just helps them rip off your customers! read more

Wish I could give negative stars! Their service is terrible. 2 years ago I placed an small order for Schlotzskys's and it took three hours to finally get to me. So this evening I thought, since it's been so long and they're still in business I'm sure their service has gotten better... I sure was wrong. We ordered around 7:50 a fairly simple order from Fuzzys Taco Shop and were told it would be at most an hour wait (no biggie). Well an hour and 30 minutes later our order has not even been placed at the restaurant. No number for Texas To Go worked so I ended up calling Fuzzys and they told me it was never placed. Thankfully Fuzzys manager whipped the food up and made the situation right! Love them!! However, Texas to Go charged us with an extra $10 worth of fees that they have yet to refund because we never got our food from them. Have had a couple good experiences but last 2 times I used this service, delivery took over 2 hours. Drivers don't update the map so one time the order arrived and app said the order hadnt been placed yet - crummy when you're at work and trying to plan your day. Delivery is expensive and you're expected to tip. You will end up adding close to $10 for delivery. Easier and faster to pick up yourself. read more

A better name for this business would be Fraud to Go or Jerks on the Phone. Place order should get there in 45 minutes 45 minutes later they haven't even placed the order with the restaurant. I call get first "I'm sorry it will be ANOTHER 45 minutes." Then they offer to waive their delivery charge as if 5 dollars is worth nearly an hour of my time. When I tell them that's not good enough, they offer to comp the order and I accept. I ask when the food will get here and they answer, "I guess there is no way to please you and CANCEL the order involuntarily and hang up. Do not use under any circumstances. read more
