Hugo provided proof of insurance prior to beginning and was extremely communicative during the process. We were amazed at how they cut each tree and the measures they took to ensure personnel safety. Our trees were large, and a few were overgrown. Hugo explained (a few different times) that these would need to come down at some point (had we not done it now) because of how stressed and cracked they were. We had five oaks and one pine tree removed, as well as stump grinding. It was a tedious job that took about four days from start to finish. The crew also worked on my neighbor's trees. I think what impressed me the most was how this company rights any possible wrongs. A few fence boards broke during the tree removal, which is expected. They replaced those boards. I know I lost an azalea bush and another plant, but those can easily be replaced. My home had zero damage, despite how close the crew was working to it. They also spent hours to extensively clean the area and had our lot looking better than before. I'll also note there were times I was home alone (because my husband was out), and I never felt uneasy. I know a lot of women get nervous when there's an all-male crew around, but they were respectful and polite. I truly appreciated that. If you need a tree cut or trimmed, I can't recommend Texas Tree Masters enough. To say they were incredible is an understatement. They also cut back a tree overhanging my property in the back yard, from an easement.
