I never wanted to write this update in my Yelp in hopes of it being resolved, but I'm also adding this to the Google review to spare others the headache and heartache we experienced. My original review was positive because we hadn't truly seen/looked close up at the things we had asked to have done and when we did oh were we disappointed but figured one or two things no biggie. Then we went to paint areas and add new bulbs and one after another we were finding things not cleaned like we asked. Again, excuse after excuse. So, needless to say I had to do an update. Here are the excuses I heard from Lashawn the owner (tired, wasn't feeling well, it was her teams fault, had to fire the two people who helped her, mom was in hospital, mom passed away, I'll pay you when I get back in town from my mom passing away etc). I realized without warning others I would never get this resolved and didn't believe in the company's integrity any longer. I ended up requesting a mere $300 refund when I was told by so many others that I really should have asked for a majority of it back. I wish to be kind but I'm literally having to "re"-clean so many areas of this house that Lashawn said would be done, that were half or not done at all. We were moving into a house that needed a Deep Clean & our only desire was to move into a clean and sanitized home with no issues. Initially I looked superficially because I trusted Lashawn at her word and was so excited over the smell of cleaning supplies. I feel taken! I will provide pictures and video of the issues we had. I'm very disappointed I paid $900 in addition to a $200 tip for a disgusting master bathroom shower door had grim that looked like some kind of brain matter dripping (was soap built up with nasty bacteria), all the floors throughout the ENTIRE house left our white socks & bare feet blackened and sticky on day 1.We don't wear shoes in our house in order to maintain clean floors but we didn't even have clean flooring to maintain because of what Lashawn didn't do. Blinds and windowsills were left dirty, top of the kitchen cabinets had a thick layer of dirt and dust obviously from the previous owners who lived here 30 years and clearly hadn't cleaned and I'm not honestly sure that Lashawn and her team really did either. Despite specific requests and confirmation, NONE of the light fixtures or ceiling fans were cleaned. I reached out immediately to Lashawn and was simply looking for her to come back and make it right. Slowly (due to her lack of response) I started receiving the excuses as to why she couldn't come back or blaming her team for the halfway completed job. Since there were so many supposed obstacles for her to come back, this is when I decided to ask for the $300 refund ($200 tip, $100 cleaning). Lashawn agreed but has not followed through. One of the ways that she said she would ensure this doesn't happen to anyone in the future was to fire her two employees that helped her clean our home. Unfortunately as is per usual when you tell a lie, it's hard to keep up with whom you've told what and I think she forgot that she introduced them to me as her daughter and son-in-law. On her Facebook, they clearly haven't been fired and are shown in her jobs since the one she did on our home. Maybe what she did with my home is her standard of clean, but I just can't get past all the lying as well as the simple fact that we had agreed certain things would be done and those specific things weren't done whatsoever. The earliest they could do was nearly 2 weeks out from the time I called, but I figured if they were good and reasonably priced, it was worth the wait. Then the snow storm came and we needed to reschedule (no one's fault). They finally came out 5 days later and 2 women came out to get to work. They were allotted 4.5hrs a piece to clean our home, but only used 2.5. During that time, they did a half-assed job. When you schedule a deep clean, you expect the team to be very detailed and very thorough, especially with the money you're paying. We got none of that. The areas they did clean were either cleaned or cleaned decently, but not quite satisfactorily. And I say that because you can see streaks of where they did and didn't wipe/clean on many surfaces. They also didn't wipe down any of our table surfaces, dusted some areas but completely missed others within their reach, and cleaned only 3/4 of the kitchen and left some white residue all over the gas stove that was a pain to get off. On top of that, they didn't put anything they moved back; didn't respect my property (my cameras caught them playing with my gym equipment); used our supplies to clean when we didn't agree to that (ladder, paper towels, plastic bags); and during the 2.5 hours they were in our home, used a whopping 36 gallons of water (we have an app, it's great)! That's over half of what my husband and I use in 1 day. I mean, I want a clean home but not at the expense of a higher water bill. And I understand they want to mop the floors with fresh water, but it was overkill and we were under water conservation orders so they should've abided by that better. Of course, I sent an email letting them know about all the issues and they offered to send someone out to clean it. I declined since I'd already handled everything to my liking. But to add insult to injury, after I settled the score with them and canceled any additional services, I discovered multiple scratches on my new fridge that weren't there before they cleaned. I don't know what products they used or if the cloth has something abrasive on it, but it was not appropriate for a stainless appliance. It's pointless to complain to them now since it's outside the 24 hour window and I probably won't be compensated, but if you hire them, check your fridge when they're done. Just so this isn't a complete put-down post, they did leave my home smelling nice, the women were friendly-ish, and they showed up during the window they said they would.

Mira and Jasmine did a great job cleaning the bedroom and the bathroom; however, Taylor spent 2 hours working on the kitchen herself. I did communicate with Mira and her supervisor about Taylor's efficiency in the meantime but she's still been working really slow, which made Mira and Jasmine to do most of the work. Taylor also spilled alcohol on my countertop but didn't clean it before she leave and the island is dirty as shown in the pictures. I also tried to talk to their supervisor when I see the alcohol spill but haven't heard from them. This is the first service with them and will be the last one because it's not worth $380. *Updates: Did communicate with the customer service but they ask me to provide "video footage" to show that their maid spill the alcohol. That was TOTALLY insane. I've also enclosed the message below. They keep saying I have feaces but it's just some dog pees near my dog's cage. Clearly, My dog was a bit too "excited" to see the maids. I didn't ask the maids to clean it the first places and ask them not to get close with that area.
