I was awaiting a much needed delivery today only to discover it was marked as "skipped". No one else delivers glass 5 gallon bottles so this bs monopoly company is literally the only option.

I should have trusted the 1 star average rating on here, but I tried it out because I wanted 5 Gal…read morebottles of alkaline water delivered for my dispenser. It started fine, got the delivery and the first month discount as expected. The second delivery, they just decided not to do it. no notification, no nothing. I just checked online and the website only said "next delivery Dec 02" which is a week after it was supposed to be delivered. The second problem is that the sign up process clearly says "free delivery" but then on the scheduled Dec 2 delivery, there is a $13.99 delivery charge. Huh, wait, how? Now that I look closer there is a pop up button that says, get this: "your delivery costs may vary depending on if there is a truck in your area". REALLY? So randomly, I might get charged $14 delivery or it might be free like you indicated when I signed up? It also says to choose a different date, but doesn't tell me what dates are free vs $14 delivery. Support has no phone number to call. Initial web support is only an AI bot that gives super generic answers. If you ask the bot to talk to a representative, you'll get one, who barely knows anything about what's happening and offer several incorrect solutions to the problem as if they don't really understand what I'm saying. Emails say you'll get a response in a few days. Gee thanks. No thanks. The 1 star reviews are generous. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Canceled my subscription and I'll look for someone, anyone, else that can deliver 5 Gal bottles of water to my area. ReadyRefresh is not ready for prime time.

I am Office Manager at a software company and we use FilterFresh for all of our beverage needs at…read morethe office. We currently rent a counter top water cooler and a Flavia coffee machine. I have been working with them for almost 2 years, and they were our beverage supplier before I came onto the company. The customer service has always been above average, my only complaint being slight delays in response to emails and phone calls. The online coffee ordering system is fast and efficient, so that's always been nice. All was well until a few weeks ago when I called them to report that our water cooler was no longer cooling, and soon after was dispensing brown water. FilerFresh looked up our account and said that we do not have a water cooler rented through them. They say that if we did, we'd be charged $23 a month as a rental fee. I asked the facilities manager at our corporate office to do some research and located an FilterFresh installation sheet showing the serial number of our water cooler machine. The company still accepts no responsibility for this machine. I even had Kelly, the office manager, call me and simply say "We have never had this brand of water coolers and the serial number doesn't match our database" and then expected it to be over. I have gone back and forth with them asking for their documentation proving that we are in fact incorrect and they have no documentation on record. So this means we've had one of their water coolers that has not been serviced, no filters replaced, and we are not being billed for it. This is their mistake, not ours. We may be moving offices later this year and will be shopping for a new beverage provider for sure!!
