I should have trusted the 1 star average rating on here, but I tried it out because I wanted 5 Gal bottles of alkaline water delivered for my dispenser. It started fine, got the delivery and the first month discount as expected. The second delivery, they just decided not to do it. no notification, no nothing. I just checked online and the website only said "next delivery Dec 02" which is a week after it was supposed to be delivered. The second problem is that the sign up process clearly says "free delivery" but then on the scheduled Dec 2 delivery, there is a $13.99 delivery charge. Huh, wait, how? Now that I look closer there is a pop up button that says, get this: "your delivery costs may vary depending on if there is a truck in your area". REALLY? So randomly, I might get charged $14 delivery or it might be free like you indicated when I signed up? It also says to choose a different date, but doesn't tell me what dates are free vs $14 delivery. Support has no phone number to call. Initial web support is only an AI bot that gives super generic answers. If you ask the bot to talk to a representative, you'll get one, who barely knows anything about what's happening and offer several incorrect solutions to the problem as if they don't really understand what I'm saying. Emails say you'll get a response in a few days. Gee thanks. No thanks. The 1 star reviews are generous. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Canceled my subscription and I'll look for someone, anyone, else that can deliver 5 Gal bottles of water to my area. ReadyRefresh is not ready for prime time. read more

She canceled it and for some odd reason they charging her so we immediately called them to cancel everything. The even weirder thing is that you guys sent her information to a debt collector and they keep calling her and telling her she owes money but there's no way we owe you any money ! It's a scam company. First their water tastes like it's treated with chlorine that means it's not spring water. I tested it and it has the same molecules as tap water. Second which is weird, you can never cancel the subscription with them, there is no way to do it online so you have to call a number that will put you on hold for hours and keep transferring you once they know that you want to cancel. With a lot of patience I managed to talk to someone who confirmed the cancellation of subscription, they stopped sending the water but they didn't stop charging me. So there is no way out. I'm just disputing charges at this point which is annoying. read more

I called and made a date to have my mothers water purification system serviced. I was told a date. I was t old to watch my email for the time of service. On the date I was given at 9:30 I received an Email saying the date had changed to 2 days later. This is for my mother's home, where I have 24 hour care for her. I have to arrange for someone else to cover to make sure my mother is taken care of. Not being called, and having the date changed on the date expected, is so inconsiderate, and such poor service. I've been using the water delivery service for about a year. Never really had any issues until recently. They have an app you can use to see your account, delivery schedule etc. Once I set the app to receive auto payments, it works for a month or so. Then you have to keep setting it up for auto-pay because it will not save your request. Calling them is another horror story. They put you on hold for ever! I had an overdue bill (due to the nonpayment of the bs auto-pay feature). When I finally got an employee on the phone (20 minutes on hold) , he straightend up my balance and set me up on a new delivery date. Well, the delivery never showed up. The best way to reach someone is thru Facebook Messenger. Now they set me up on a NEW delivery date. Meanwhile, I have no water and I have to refill a few bottles at my neighborhood grocery store. Please save yourself. Do NOT use this company. Because I have two young kids that play in the water, I decided to take a break until they were older. I have tried for 6 weeks to cancel and have the equipment picked up. I was told that there would not be another charge to my CC, but the couldn't come to pick up for 2 weeks, "That's the next time we will be in the area". The driver was a no-show. Called again, they made me wait another week. Again no show. Called again, again no show. I have been speaking to managers each time that say "We will watch this personally and get back with you on that day." NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. Now we have been charged $60. They 'SHOULD' be able to get that back on our card once everything is picked up. We also had many issues starting service with them. Well you don't have to wonder why this business has such a low star review. Multiple times they failed to follow delivery instructions. I complained a couple times. Their trucks were damaged so they were using unmarked white panel trucks to deliver. I never had the same delivery person. They delivered dirty damaged 5 gal bottles multiple times. I had to clean them before I brought them inside my house. And yet once again today they didnt follow delivery instructions and only left one 5gal instead of three as ordered. Left the one bottle at the front door and the three empties for return on the back patio (One of which was damaged when delivered and flooded my kitchen floor). Just really poor customer service. I can' believe they run a business like this. No way to call and talk to anyone. You have to rely on emails and then wait for someone to read them. I can't imagine they will be in business much longer with the way it's run now. If you choose to use this service I wish you luck. You will need it. We really like their lime-flavored sparking water and are still disappointed we can't buy in the store anymore. We had made several delivery orders that worked well but for our most recent order they only delivered 5 of 6 cases. We tried to contact them and finally received an email saying their records show we received 6 cases. So much for the customer is always right. It really wouldn't have cost them anything to give us a credit but instead they blew us off. The problem with this company is the fact if they set up a delivery date it may be cancelled several times during the month. I have had deliveries that were setup for the middle of month to be delivered the next month. You ask the sale rep's when they come by to put you on contract, the reason of delivery failures and it's the same answer. We don't have the drivers. It's funny that others have drivers. I started this service because my Comunity water system was not always up to par. So I decided to use ready refresh. Quality of water and cooler is excellent !!! My complaint is they deliver to my gate even though there are standing instructions to deliver to the front door. And the same delivery guy comes every month and with the exception of 2 deliveries has delivered to the front gate. First time he picked up my empties (which were on the front porch but left the new bottles at the front gate. He put the new bottles on the stairs to the front porch blocking my path to walk up the stairs. Not very safe when you get home at night hands full of groceries ) but left the new bottles at my front gate (approx 100") away from my front porch. Today 10-12-21 the same driver dropped my bottles off at the gate and didn't pickup the 14 empties I have. I saw him look at the empties and decided they needed to stay there. I have been on the phone with customer service in the past and was assured this wouldn't happen again. Well it appears to me that the supervision does not have a clear picture on what his drivers do. Plainly he is incapable of running the section that he has. Very sad. I will be discontinuing ready refresh. read more

We have been using Ready Refresh for years. Before it was called Ready Refresh, it was called Ozarka Delivery. We still use Ozarka water. The delivery service has gone way downhill !!! There is a note on our profile that has been there for years - it says, deliver to the back door. But, apparently, that's only on the profile I see. It is not on the profile that customer service sees, nor on the notes the driver sees. My delivery today was to the front door, which means the empties were not picked up. And now I have to take my 5-gallon bottles from the front door to the back entry, where the water dispenser is located. Not good! Not right! And they would not remedy my situation today! (Driver not allowed to return to make it right.) Looking for a new provider of bottled water. read more

It will magically be rescheduled (with no notice to you) with a 7am-6pm window for some unforeseen day in the future. Have a question or need help... good luck, they don't care. Want to cancel?... By then, it was too late to put out bottles for pick up as I wouldn't be home. At one point, I had 11 (ELEVEN) of their bottles! Even when I did leave a bunch of them out, their stupid driver delivered water but wouldn't take the empty ones! ELEVEN! I canceled but still have SEVEN empty bottles! The lady knocked on my door and asked if I was interested. I signed up for a white dispenser and 5 bottles for a deal of $32 and she made error for black. She said she would rectify it and she never did as I got a black dispenser delivered. Called her directly as I saved her number earlier, she became hostile n asked me to reach customer service. I immediately called customer service to cancel and refund my money. They said my money will not be refunded its in the TOS. We agreed for them to collect the black dispenser and 5bottles same day, they said it was not possible and we agreed for Tuesday. Only for the pickup guy to come and got only the dispenser without taking the bottles cos it still had water in them. I had canceled my subscription but they won't take their bottle. They are HQ'd outside Texas but the only ones delivering cases of Aqua Pana. Their delivery & product is fine. We set up 20 cases Aqua Pana every 2 months but needed to change that. They continue to regularly raise their prices and delivery fees. Their website is the worst. Cannot change scheduled deliveries with certainty or delete recurring delivery periods once you set it up. I spoke to one rep who was supposed to remove scheduled deliveries so I could start over again. He didn't. They still scheduled a delivery we didn't want. You can NOT cancel online. You have to sit and wait listening to a robot menu then a recording over & over waiting to get thru to a rep. Agree with Michelle Z. - AVOID!!! read more
