Before my son's first appointment, they called to say there was a situation that arose with my insurance. I was able to get it taken care of before we got there. When we got there, they talked to my son and I for a good amount of time before the tests even began. I was thankful for the wonderfully caring staff that helped my son with his tests. Mind you I have immune system and mega lung problems. then they proceeded to drop me because I was too nervous and rescheduled 2 times.
