I also ended up with breast cancer later that year after using Bio TE hormone replacement therapy that he said was so wonderful. He never mentioned that HRT could cause breast cancer. Multiple calls made Tuesday and Wednesday went directly to voicemail without response. I did not receive a return call until Thursday afternoon. When I returned that call, it again went to voicemail. When I left a voicemail on Thursday returning the receptionist's call, I believed the clinic might be experiencing phone system issues and wanted to make them aware. My husband, a new patient, experienced the same issue after calling five times in one day without reaching staff. On Friday, the receptionist returned my call and left a voicemail stating, "your phone also goes to voicemail, and just like you're busy, so are we." This response was concerning given the context of repeated unsuccessful attempts to reach the clinic for medical care. As of Friday, I have not been scheduled for an appointment. Based on this experience, timely access to care and effective communication appear to be limited. I would not recommend this clinic to patients who require prompt medical attention.

During the visit I mentioned three health issues that I'm struggling with 2 of which need prescriptions. She didn't ask questions or address two of them! After the brief visit she disappeared to write notes and I had to wait again for a long time until she came back. At the last minute of the appt., while walking away from me, she remembered that I needed one of the prescriptions and then disappeared. What? How is this a quality visit? I wasn't listened to or respected. I could have stayed home with my PTO. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. Writing this review so others won't waste their time.

Jennifer is not afraid to question the diagnosis of other doctors or perform test to rule out other possible causes for symptoms. She is thorough with her patient exams and doesn't make you feel as though you are just an account number in her system. If you are someone who has lost faith in the standard " take these and call me in two months", then this is the office you need. This doctor is not afraid to deviate from the beaten path, going to more natural treatments for what ails the human body. I consider Jennifer Laing not only my doctor but a HIGHLY RESPECTED FRIEND, someone who is not afraid to tell you what you have going on, but will hold your hand as you cry. A true shame more doctors are not like her. If you want a doctor who looks at the overall picture and practices and believes the true Hypocratic Oath, then call and move your healthcare to this office.

We went to TMC 1st around 10:00 Monday night and at almost midnight still had not had anything done but basic questions and a urine sample. At with room FULL and a staff that was had the attitude I am just here for a check. We as well as a couple others gave up and left. After the 2 hours we were told it could be at least 6 to 8 more hours before they would see us. So my wife decided to call here and was told no wait come on in. So we got there very nice place very clean. It was just a matter of a few minutes from filling out the paperwork they got us to the back and Ray Lynn took great care of my wife. And then doctor Blake came in very professional and nice. Even with all that was done we were there only about 2 1/2 hours. They did find she had a kidney stone got her on some antibiotics and something to help with the pain. Got us on our way and back home before we would have not yet even been seen at TMC.
