We called Anderson Plumbing to fix a leaky toilet. $140 to replace the seal. Next week it was still leaking. I called again They replaced the seal ( I had ignorantly bought at Walmart) and said the problem was condensation on the tank NOT the seal. The owner of the business just showed up with a bill for $136. First it was MY fault because I supposedly told them it was a leaky seal- although I remember distinctly saying " leaky toilet" Then it was my fault for ignorantly buying a seal at Walmart ( I'm not a plumber ) And then It's the condensation NOT the SEAL Oh and he said if I had any more problems to be sure and call him ---- Sure I will. If you have had good experience with him I'm glad. Because I feel totally screwed over!!!! Call anyone else -- call your son in law -- but think twice before you call this guy!

I was not in the mood to call someone that was going to give me the run around and marshmallow prices. So the techs came in, straight professionals, and were all like show me the problem. I'm like its right there and they pulled some Dr. Manhattan stuff out of their tool bag. They fixed the pilot light, changed some parts out, all swift and stuff and we had hot water again and a fully functional water heater faster than I could say whoa. Needed an assessment done on a couple of pipes that, at one point, connected to a water softener…read morethat a previous owner of my house in their infinite wisdom actually put under ground. Of course it failed the first time it flooded; said previous owner just put in a braided pipe to bypass the water softener and just left the whole thing in the ground. After yanking out the entire apparatus (including a still hot electrical outlet) and noting what had been done, I called several plumbers, but Good Guys is the one that actually answered. They came out, gave me their assessment, which was to put in a more permanent solution, and an estimate of what that would cost...which was less than I figured it would be. Two days later, they came back, and had it done quickly and professionally. These guys got the job done, and didn't break the bank doing it. I recommend them highly.
