Excellent and fast service. Mr Galan provided me with first rate service and he kept me informed on the progress of the project.

Very pleased with our new metal roof installed by M&M. Chris did a great job working with us to…read moreplan the job, which included painting the house and installing gutters. The M&M crew was professional, efficient and respectful. Chris stayed in close contact throughout the job, including personally taking care of a few minor tidy-up items at the end. Kudos to the M&M team for a job well done.

I have an email confirmation of my appointment today at 1pm. At 1:17, I called to ask when they'd…read morearrive and they said they'd call me back. It's now 2 o'clock, they haven't shown up, returned my call, or responded to my email. Update: Heard from the company after 4pm. They tried to tell me that my appointment was on Monday. I'll add a screenshot of the appointment they missed to clear up any doubt. Then the rep showed up. Sat in his car for a couple hours, didn't inspect the roof, gave roof estimates higher than comparable competitor and then estimated 10k for the gutters on my 2,700 sq home. We questioned that and he lowered it to 7.2k. We have a gutter estimate for less than half that from another company. The kicker - the rep called and asked me to change this review after his departure. I told him I'd update it, so here we are. Also, when I called Jolene to make an appointment last week, she required that my husband be home. Receiving an estimate on a roof is something I should be able to do as a capable adult. The rep shared some sexist opinions during this visit, so ladies maybe call Roofer Chicks or Two Brothers?

Alright, so Ingemar Anderson came out to the house on Saturday for Window World and I gotta say,…read moredude knew his stuff. No BS, no pressure, no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. He walked us through everything -- tempered glass, the silver oxide they spray on panel 2, all of it. He even FaceTimed a young lady (Sorry, am terrible with names) who showed us this big picture window with panels that slide on both sides. My wife and I had questions and every single one got a straight answer. Here's my favorite part though. Multiple times during the visit, Ingemar would look around and just go, "Yep, you need windows." I think he said it 3 or 4 times. I laughed every time. Every. Time. After we signed the contract he mentioned Window World also does siding and soffit. Which we're gonna need. Sneaky. I respect it. Now here's something the sales manager is gonna want to hear. Before this appointment I asked 3 AI models -- ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude -- what the top window company in San Antonio was. All three came back with Window World. Not one of them. All three. You can't fake that. Ingemar is the real deal. If you're on the fence, get off it.

Wish the owner had been just as nice. had problems with one window that couldn't closed after cleaning my windows. called it in, after a couple times. they sent someone and he kept forcing it to close and couldn't get it. he said he needed someone else to do it. the owners emailed me after I originally email why had not someone fixed it. the 2nd guy who couldn't fix it said it was owner eeeor and it was my fault. so it be on my dime. owner and I went back and forth, then had some errors on my info and purchase and malfunction of window. I corrected him, and then a very nice man, another came and fixed within 5 min. It was a faulty part. super easy fix and the 2nd guy made it worst. plus he didn't work there anymore, lack of knowledge! Both original man who quotes me the windows and the 2 kind man who fixed the window don't work there anymore, for reasons I don't know. I have the upper part of my house to do and it mainly 4 double French doors/window. I will not use W.W.! owner was not respectful with me, and plenty of other window company's!

Despite the many 5 star reviews, we had a pretty awful experience working with JP Exteriors. It…read morestarted when we accepted a bid to replace our entire house with Andersen 100 windows. We signed the contract and put a deposit for half the entire amount. After we signed the contract and put in our half deposit, we were informed that 2 of our windows are arched and Andersen 100 doesn't make arched windows. They said we could replace our front of the house windows with Andersen 400 or Simonton. Simonton is supposedly a less expensive window than Andersen's 100 series. But, they quoted us a higher price to replace the front windows with Simonton than we were quoted for the same windows in Andersen 100. We ended up ordering Simonton Windows with grids for our entire house. We had already paid ($15,000) from our original contract and we were locked in with JP Exteriors. On window installation day, we noticed that there was one window at the front of the house missing a horizontal grid. They let us know that they could get us a "great price" to replace the window that we had already paid for with the proper grid. They also left several small projects unfinished including painting the trim around 2 windows, filling interiors holes around 3 windows, fixing an interior window sill that was damaged during window installation. Ultimately, the window that was missing a horizontal grid was replaced at no additional cost to us and the remaining unfinished items were all competed in a satisfactory manner. However the replaced window that was missing a horizontal grid has now been replaced and the vertical grids on the top window are not lined up with the vertical grids on the bottom windows (See photos below.) It looks terrible and is at the front of our house. We wanted to love JP Exteriors based on their 5 star reviews, but unfortunately, we have had a 1 star experience. Update: They have said that they will fix the window so that the grids line up. If this happens, that will be good.

And in dropping the heavy bundles of shingles on the roof I think they damaged them in the process. Several of the shingles installed had damage on the leading edges. When the old roof was being taken off a strip of metal fell down and hit my window. Fortunately it did not break it. In the process of removing the old roof the workers bent the metal flashing on my rain gutter on one of the inside corners. Several nails on the roof vent were not caulked. They gouged a hole in the side of my porch to install a portion of the roof. I had a strip of rain diverter at the edge of the roof where the a/c unit is that was not replaced and put back. I was told that no metal flashing was going to be used in the valley of the roof and after installation there is metal flashing exposed. They broke a branch on a bush in the front. There were several pink wrappers from the shingles left behind and twelve nails (and counting) I have picked up thus far. They left an oil stain in the driveway. Communication was non existent. And a day later is when they wanted to send a manager to do a walk through. I am still able to get up on the roof to find out what kind of poor workmanship was done. I can't imagine what other customers miss when they are not in a position to inspect their own roofs. One thing is true that the salesman told me when he initially came out. You never know what kind of work was done until years later when there is failure. I won't really know the quality of their workmanship until years later. With what is visible to me in their installation I wish I had gone with another company.

Thank you Gary for answering my questions with speed and relieving some of the stress I was feeling from having issues with a home that is only three years old.
